Since 4 October, 50 more administrative support roles in Saudi private-sector companies are reserved for Saudi nationals, on top of 19 that applied from April under the same decision of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.

Phase two reaches into HR itself: 27 of the 50 are HR occupations, among them HR consultant, HR expert, recruitment specialist, and workforce planning specialist. New national HR teams need labor law, reward, and HR leadership skills from day one.

Strengthening regional partnerships in the MENA region

We are pleased to share a milestone moment from our ongoing effort to advance educational leadership and human capital development across the Gulf region.

Dr. Huda El Megeirhi, iLead Regional Training & Liaison Representative for the MENA region, recently met with Dr. Fatma Al-Maadheed, Director of the Arab Educational Training Center for Gulf States, part of the Arab Bureau of Education for the Gulf States (ABEGS), in Doha, Qatar.

The strategic meeting explored collaborative frameworks between iLead and ABEGS, focusing on:
▪ Executive leadership development and authentic leadership in educational settings.
▪ Applying Psychological Capital (PsyCap) frameworks for institutional transformation.
▪ Fostering international partnerships and capacity-building initiatives across GCC member states.

We look forward to building impactful educational programs that develop leaders and drive sustainable organizational growth across the region.
