🌟 When the KUMON worksheets are finished… but the learning continues!

We recently had a lovely surprise from one of our young KUMON students.
After completing his worksheets, he decided to go one step further and create his own page of mathematics exercises. ✏️🧠

For us, this is much more than simply doing “extra work”. It shows something we consider extremely important in a child's development: initiative.

At KUMON Basel, we want students to gradually become independent learners: children who don't always need someone to tell them what to do next, but who develop the curiosity and confidence to explore, challenge themselves and find their own ways to learn.

Completing the assigned work is important.
But when a student finishes and thinks:

“What else can I do?”

that's a very special moment. 🌟

We are very proud to see this kind of curiosity and initiative developing in our young learners.
