There is no one-size-fits-all German course for children.

One child needs German to feel more confident, make friends and participate in life outside the international-school bubble.

Another may need a much stronger academic level for school, exams or future university pathways.

That’s why at PLUNGE, we look at every child individually: their age, current level, school, goals and next steps - and build the learning strategy around them.

We offer 1:1 lessons and are also German groups for children.

Notes of W**e, Notes of German is a special collaboration between PLUNGE Language Courses × Gitana W**ery 1953, hosted at Gitana’s brand-new w**e boutique in Zürich.

An evening of selected w**es, elegant bites, new connections — and thoughtfully curated German conversation woven naturally into the experience.

You’ll have the chance to:

* discover and taste selected Gitana w**es
* practise German in a real social setting, beyond the classroom
* learn how to express opinions, preferences and impressions more naturally
* meet new people and enjoy conversations that actually give you something to talk about
* build more ease and confidence using German spontaneously

No perfect German required.

All levels from A1 to C1 are welcome — and native German speakers too. Simply indicate your level when registering, so we can thoughtfully shape the conversation experience around our guests.

Come for the w**e.
Stay for the conversation.
And leave having used your German in a completely different way.

Last week, one of our German Mini-Groups completed their course.

Over the past months, these students have been working towards their A1/A2 goals, building confidence in German and preparing for the next step in their language journey.

After the course ended, we received these messages.

Reading them reminded us why we love what we do.

Not because students talk about grammar rules or exam tasks.

But because they talk about feeling supported.
About enjoying the process.
