German 4-week Summer A1 Immersion Course
Last-minute places available!

If you’re starting from scratch and want to make rapid progress in German, this intensive four-week programme is designed to get you speaking with confidence in everyday situations.

Designed around the fide approach, the course focuses on practical communication and aims to have participants ready for the fide A1 examination by the end of August.

🎉 We’ve added one more summer course!
Several parents asked whether we had a German holiday programme for younger children, so we’ve put one together at the last minute.
Children aged 4–7 will build a colourful miniature village while learning German through play, movement and creative activities. It’s the perfect way to build confidence in speaking German while having lots of fun!

🇨🇭 Decoding Swiss German
Understand what people are really saying and gain confidence navigating everyday life in Switzerland.

📚 German grammar modules (A1–C1)
Practical workshops based on Soft Landing’s in-house grammar materials. The first three A1/A2 modules alone cover around 60% of German grammar.
All seminars are free to attend.

Looking for a productive way to use the summer holidays?
Our intensive courses for adults and children are designed to help learners make meaningful progress in a short period of time while enjoying small classes and personalised support.

German for Gymi
Focused German support for students moving into Year 6 or starting Gymnasium in the autumn. Ideal for strengthening key skills and building confidence before the new school year.

French for children
A structured and engaging programme for children aged 10–15. Lessons focus on speaking, vocabulary and practical communication while keeping learning enjoyable and motivating.

A1 intensive German for adults
A practical, fast-paced course for beginners who want to build a solid foundation in German and gain confidence communicating in everyday situations.

Courses run during July and August in Baar.

The citizenship process involves much more than meeting the language requirements. Applicants are also expected to demonstrate knowledge of Switzerland, its political system, history, geography and culture, and to prepare for interviews with the authorities.
Our Swiss Citizenship Programme supports you every step of the way:
