I have the pleasure of working with an amazing group of teachers at Frankfurt International School – Wiesbaden, where we are focused on creating classroom routines to support the development of executive functioning skills. As we dove deeper, we realized how important it is to align our expectations with students' developmental stages—especially when it comes to their understanding of time and its passage.

I'll be continuing to work with these teachers throughout the school year in a coaching relationship, and I’m excited to see how these strategies evolve.
