CHAMPIONNAT SUISSE ROMAND 2025

Closing 2025 with this memory felt important to me.
This year's championships marked a major milestone in my journey:
my first podium, my first place, and a well-executed preparation leading to the title of 2025 Swiss Romand Champion 🥇

None of this would have been possible without the constant support of my coach, Sam. Thank you sincerely for your guidance, dedication, and unwavering commitment throughout this preparation. 🫶🏼

Thank you as well to my club , the federation , and for the organisation !

Once again, 2025 has been a year full of emotions and ups and downs, but also one rich in lessons learned. 🤍
Courage, strength, and determination define this year, as do gratitude, kindness, and love — from my family, friends, and clients. ❤️

Thank you, 2025, for everything.
2026… I’m ready for you 🙏🏼

✨ 5 ans déjà… et ce n’est que le début ! ✨

A Story of Resilience ✨

The past 4 months have been relentless: a job loss, personal and professional challenges, and a car accident just one week before my competition. With a blocked back and neck, pain and doubt consumed me. Everything seemed to be working against me, and I came close to giving up. But I wanted to end this year with something I could be proud of.

On competition day, things started badly. Two squats were red-lighted. I walked off the platform in tears, convinced I had failed. Then Aurélien, my handler for the day, reminded me of the essential: as long as I was still there, nothing was over. I saved my final attempt. From that moment, everything changed: PRs started falling, the lifts felt effortless, and I finished with a total of 315 kg, +15 kg since May. 🔥

This 3rd place medal (-76/-84/+84) is more than a podium finish. It’s a victory over everything life has thrown my way in recent months.
The numbers may not yet reflect the full extent of my efforts, but this competition reminded me of one essential truth: resilience always pays off.
No matter the obstacles, the key is to stay focused, see things through, and never give up.

What’s next? Even more focus, perseverance, and progress. Because being part of means refusing to settle for less. 🦍❤️

To you reading this: never give up. You are capable of anything! ✨

Definitely my favorite lift of them all ! 😍
I still can't get over this third attempt which was a +7.5kgs increase on my personal best. And it moved so fast ! I can't wait to keep working on this movement and work on heavier loads ❤️‍🔥

CHAMPIONNAT SUISSE ROMAND 2024

I'm definitely not a bench specialist but with the back injury I had in the beginning of this year it forced me to finally work & focus on it.
I'm happy as I confirmed a new PR +2.5kgs at this event 🤩

CHAMPIONNAT SUISSE ROMAND 2024

My first powerlifting competition less than a year after choosing this new discipline ✨️
I'm immensely proud of my achievements, which could never have been done without the guidance and coaching of Sam 🫶🏼
You already know everything but again, I want to thank you so much for your work, your presence and your support through the entire process ! 🙏🏼

SQUAT: 102.5 ✅️ 112.5 ✅️ 120 ❌️
Technical mistake as I re-racked the bar too fast. It's all part of the experience. At least I got it up 💪🏼

Thank you to my club for hosting this wonderful event in collaboration with ! 😍
Thank you for the pictures ! 🔥
