1. Intelligent students "help(cheat with)" other students for them to pass exams because of FEAR. They are afraid that they will meet those people in big places tomorrow and they will refuse to "help" them in return.

2. Intelligent students "help(ie cheat with)" other students for them to pass exams because they don't what to be called SELFISH.

LATER on in life, these people start working jobs but they perform terribly because they did not merit their jobs. Doctors killing patients, Engineers killing people with terrible constructions, Lawyers who cannot defend their clients, Teachers who cannot teach, etc. At the end of the day, the people are the ones suffering (many of them).

I want to talk to these intelligent students; If you help (cheat with) a person who later becomes a teacher, will you be happy to send your children to the school where that teacher is teaching? (You know very well that that person is not qualified to be a teacher). Think of the many children that will be badly taught by that teacher year after year. All this because of your help (cheating). *YOU HELPED A TYRANT ENSLAVE A NATION* (You don't have any conscience at all)

Personally, I have suffered greatly because I had a teacher who could not teach. I am very sure that she became a teacher through cheating or bribery. Think of the many students that are becoming frustrated because of her. If I become the minister of Education today and I don't sack that teacher immediately, then I'm not a straight person myself.

Think of another situation like this, you help (cheat with) someone who becomes a DOCTOR. You later fall sick to the point of dead. Arriving the hospital, you discover that it's the person you helped who will handle your case. What will you do? (You know very well that he is not qualified to be a doctor). You can easily run to a different hospital. Now think of those who don't know what you know about that doctor. They will stay and that's how their lives will end. And you are at the base of everything.

"HELPING"(CHEATING) is the highest form of WICKEDNESS in this world.❗

Let me talk to those who receive this "help"; God did not create you to fail in life. Secondly, he did not create you having in mind that you will have to cheat before you succeed in life. You have your place in this world just as all stars have their spaces in the sky.

The reason why many people tend to accept/receive this cheating is because;

1. THEY ARE LAZY. This is the greatest reason why people cheat; LAZINESS. They don't give in the required sacrifice necessary but they want to succeed, then they tend to cheat.

Or

2. They are going after something which is not their calling. They are not gifted in that domain. And they have not taken the sacrifice to identify their own areas of calling. That's why they face difficulties and tend to cheat.

Whenever you bribe to pass a concour, you are actually paying to replace another person who has sacrificed a lot in order to pass but since you have money, you pay and they give his place to you. *THAT IS WICKEDNESS.* Another person will be crying that he has failed while he has passed but since you had money, you paid and he was replaced with you.(wickedness).

*Can Cameroon ever be free from cheating, bribery and corruption?*

Nobody appeared in Cameroon. Everyone was born and grew up in Cameroon. Nobody is born corrupted so everyone learns corruption while growing. Now, corruption has become a norm in Cameroon untill *Cameroon is the most corrupt country in the world.*
The question is; how and where was this corruption learned???????

This is the answer;; *This Corruption was learned at home and in school, through CHEATING.*

Someone said to me; *To eliminate corruption from Cameroon totally, they have to kill everyone from 5 years and above, then start a brand new nation.* That's very true but impossible.

That's why we who want to see *Cameroon change,* we will preach it to everyone. Let everyone know that Bribery, Corruption and Cheating are Bad.

Somebody wanted to change the world. He tried but discovered it was too big for him. He went to his continent but it was still too big for him. He then went to his country and it was still too big. He continued to his region, then to his division, then to his subdivision, then to his quarter, then his family and all were too big for him. He finally settled at simply changing himself. Then he realized that the change went to his family, his quarter, his subdivision till it covered the entire world.

*Change always begins with one person changing his mind*

Sir Albert Einstein understood this and that's why in creating the BOMB, he went straight to the atom; *THE ATOMIC BOMB.* The atom is the smallest thing in the world but it has enormous energy that can destroy the entire earth.

Someone said to me;

1. My change is very small. So no need.
>>Like it or not, Everytime you cheat, you are contributing to this country becoming worse. So if you change, the worsening that would have come from you will be prevented. Yes your change maybe almost insignificant but it can birth the a significant change from a person who listened to you. *NEVER MINIMIZE DAYS OF LITTLE BEGINNINGS*

2. Change will be very slow.
>>The rate at which change will take place in Cameroon depends on 3 factors;

(i) The amount of sacrifice the changed people are willing to pay. Some people cannot even talk publicly while others are willing to die for what they believe.
(ii) If the changed people are working as a team, the change will be faster.
(iii) If the changed people have high influence in the society, it will be much more significant. Look at *H.E. SAMUEL ETO'O*, within a few days in office as the FÉCAFOOT president, he has made a very significant change already. Infact this change all began from the day of his election. If he continues in such a spirit, Cameroon football will be a glorious game at the end of his reign. This is LOVE not WICKEDNESS.

I can proudly say that I (Mr Ngang Rochard) and my junior brother (Mr Ngang Precious), we are changed people. We have been preaching this change together for 1 year already and we are ready to preach it till death.

*Cameroon must change. Our children's children will enjoy a corruption free nation*
