2016 SIOP Annual Conference Industrial-organizational (I-O) psychology is the scientific study of working and the application of that science to workplace issues facing individuals, teams, and organizations. The scientific method is applied to investigate issues of critical relevance to individuals, businesses, and society.

Solid 2015 for Touro's I-O Psych program. This time last year we had 25 students in the program. Today we have 48. Happy holidays to all our students, prospective students, and growing alumni. Bring on 2016!
