"Tinig ng Kabataan, Pag-asa ng Bayan!"

The SNNHS - Barkada Kontra Droga proudly took part in the much-awaited State of the Youth Address 2026 (SOYA 2026) held last September 17, 2026.

Led by our beloved City Mayor, Hon. Vilma Balle-Caluag, this significant event gathered youth leaders, student organizations, and young Fernandinos from different schools to celebrate the power, passion, and potential of the youth. It was a day filled with inspiring messages, meaningful insights on youth empowerment, and leadership.

From the informative State of the Youth Address that highlighted the achievements and future plans for the youth sector, to the vibrant and energetic YouthFest celebration — every moment reminded us that the youth are not just the hope of the future, but the strength of the present.

We, the SNHS Barkada Kontra Droga family, are truly grateful and honored to have witnessed and been part of this historic event. This experience has fueled our commitment even more to advocate for a healthy, empowered, and drug-free youth.

Our sincerest gratitude to the Local Government of City of Sanfernando especially to our Mayora Vilma Balle-Caluag, Local Youth Development Council and all organizers who made this event possible.

1. Open to ALL Ka-Barkadas / students of SNHS.

2. To join, kindly message the SNHS Barkada Kontra Droga Page or any BKD Officer to get your REGISTRATION FORM.

3. Poster must address the theme of su***de prevention with sensitivity and awareness.

4. Poster must be CLEAN and original.

5. Digital format only (jpeg, png, etc.)

6. Can be portrait or landscape mode.

7. Submit your entry to the BKD Page or BKD Officers.
