The Bureau of Fire Protection, Mimaropa, Santa Maria, Romblon, conducted a fire drill at Concepcion Norte Elementary School on March 13, 2024, with the theme 'Sa Pag-Iwas sa Sunog Hindi ka Nag-Iisa.'

Sir Efigene Lee Monton, together with his fellow firefighters, rehearsed the pupils of CNES. Two pupils participated in the introduction of the fire drill: Ivy Alcanatara, a grade six SSC pupil, answered the question 'How many percent of oxygen is present in our atmosphere?' Mac Eulogio, from grade five Rizal, also participated and answered the question 'What is inside of the LPG tank?' They both received 50 pesos as a reward.

They rehearsed the pupils on how to turn off the gas stove when it sensed a fire and burned up. They also taught the pupils how to operate the water sprinkler system.

After the fire drill, teachers, student teachers, and pupils took the opportunity to take a picture together with the firefighters.
