🚨SNAP rules have changed. New federal rules mean that many more New Yorkers ages 18-64 must now meet work requirements to keep their SNAP benefits. We particularly need young adults, ages 18-30, to reach out for work, education, training, or volunteer opportunities to keep their benefits.

These rules took effect on March 1, which means reductions in benefits could occur as early as June 1 for people who do not comply for three months.
