In a significant moment of transition and leadership renewal, the unit formally witnessed the Change of Command, marking the turnover of responsibilities from Outgoing Corps Commander 𝐂/𝐂𝐎𝐋 𝐑𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐏𝐮𝐞𝐛𝐥𝐚𝐬 𝟏𝐂𝐋 to Incoming Corps Commander 𝐂/𝐌𝐀𝐉 𝐁𝐨𝐛𝐛𝐲 𝐌𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝟐𝐂𝐋 This symbolic exchange reflects not only the transfer of authority but also the continued commitment to uphold excellence, discipline, and service within the corps as new leadership takes the helm.we learned that leadership is not about authority, but about responsibility, sacrifice, and service to others.

Looking ahead, this graduation is not the end it is only the beginning. As we step forward into new paths, we carry the core values of ROTC: leadership, discipline, and patriotism. No matter where life takes us, the lessons we learned in this unit will remain within us, reminding us to lead with purpose and serve with pride.

Prepared and disciplined, the DWCI ROTC Unit conducted an intensive Basic Swimming and Water Survival Techniques training an essential activity designed to equip cadets with life-saving skills, adaptability, and confidence in aquatic environments.

On this day of rigorous and purposeful training, under the guidance of our 𝐍𝐂𝐎𝐈𝐂 𝐒𝐬𝐠 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐨 𝐌 𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐨 𝐏𝐀𝐅, with the support of our 𝐍𝐒𝐓𝐏 𝐂𝐎𝐎𝐑𝐃𝐈𝐍𝐀𝐓𝐎𝐑 𝐉𝐨𝐡𝐧 𝐑𝐨𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐒 𝐂𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐩𝐨𝐧, 𝐑𝐂𝐑𝐈𝐌. with training supervision of 𝐀𝟐𝐂 𝐋𝐮𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐫 𝐆𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐎 𝐃𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐲𝐮𝐠𝐚 𝐏𝐀𝐅 (𝐑𝐞𝐬) and 𝐀𝐌 𝐂𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐞 𝐑𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐬 𝐏𝐀𝐅 (𝐑𝐞𝐬) took on the challenge of Basic Swimming and Water Survival Techniques building strength, confidence, and readiness in every cadet.

Outstanding teamwork and determination were evident as each cadet applied life-saving skills, showcasing discipline and unity fostered through proper leadership and hands-on training.

Learning essential water survival techniques today ensures that tomorrow’s leaders are prepared to respond effectively in emergencies, embodying the true essence of service and responsibility.

𝐈𝐍 𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐒 | 𝐁𝐀𝐒𝐈𝐂 𝐋𝐈𝐅𝐄 𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐓

Preparedness was at the forefront as the 𝗗𝗪𝗖𝗜 𝗥𝗢𝗧𝗖 𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗧 conducted its formation alongside a comprehensive Basic Life Support (BLS), equipping cadets with essential life-saving knowledge and skills vital in times of emergency.

Under disciplined guidance and structured training, cadets actively engaged in learning proper response techniques, strengthening their confidence and readiness to act swiftly and effectively when lives are at stake.

Leadership, unity, and service were clearly demonstrated throughout the activity, as each cadet embodied the ROTC core values proving that beyond drills and formations, they are capable responders and future nation-builders.

𝐌𝐀𝐑𝐊𝐒𝐌𝐀𝐍𝐒𝐇𝐈𝐏 𝐅𝐀𝐌𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐀𝐑𝐈𝐙𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐅𝐈𝐑𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐀𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐕𝐈𝐓𝐘

Learning through hands-on experience, the DWCI ROTC Unit successfully conducted the Marksmanship: Live Familiarization Firing Activity at 103DRC, 10DRB (P) Firing Range, Brgy. New Visayas, Santo Tomas, Davao Del Norte on 15 March 2026. The activity allowed cadets to experience proper firing procedures while strengthening discipline, responsibility, and firearm safety.

Equipping cadets with practical knowledge and confidence, the training reinforced the fundamentals of marksmanship under the supervision of experienced personnel. Through this activity, cadets enhanced their focus, accuracy, and discipline in handling fi****ms responsibly.

Notably, the DWCI ROTC Unit conveys its highest appreciation and sincere gratitude for the presence and invaluable support of our 𝐍𝐂𝐎𝐈𝐂, 𝐒𝐬𝐠 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐨 𝐌 𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐨 𝐏𝐀𝐅, together with our 𝐍𝐒𝐓𝐏 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐉𝐨𝐡𝐧 𝐑𝐨𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐒. 𝐈𝐍 𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐒|| 𝐃𝐖𝐂𝐈 𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐂

Leading with discipline and determination, the cadets of the 𝐃𝐖𝐂𝐈 𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐂 𝐔𝐍𝐈𝐓 participated in a dry firing training using the M16 rifle. The activity focused on proper firearm handling, correct stance, and trigger control while strictly observing safety procedures.

Enhancing the fundamentals of marksmanship, cadets practiced repeated drills under proper supervision to develop confidence, accuracy, and focus. Dry firing serves as an essential preparation before conducting live firing exercises.

Nurturing the values of leadership, integrity, and service, the 𝐃𝐖𝐂𝐈 𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐂 𝐔𝐍𝐈𝐓 continues to train with dedication and responsibility, upholding the honor and standards of the ROTC program.
