Happy Birthday to Izzy. Izzy designed her cake to look like our farm. Nice job!

The weather was perfect for a trail ride with friends and family. Gus and Stephanie joined Damien and Izzy for family riding lessons and it was a wonderful time. Horses have a unique ability to bring people together and we feel blessed to know families like this.

This was First Ride for Dad, Gus, with Izzy and Damien and he did great. Families riding together makes for a beautiful day and a lot of special memories.

We enjoy welcoming young people to our farm and are grateful when our horses bring joy to their faces. It was a great day for us with Merritt and Sutton.

One of my passions is helping families learn to ride together. Mom Stephanie has been gaining confidence and is loving her trail rides with Damien and Izzy, who have become pretty good riders themselves. To me, horses are among God's most beautiful creatures, and it is so good when we can enjoy them together with friends and family. Happy Trails!

It was a good lesson day for myself, Damien, and Izzy as we hit the trails with my lead horse, Jesse. There is no substitute for a good leader when you have people following, whether on horse trails or in life. Just as I know my horse trails and where they lead, so God knows where all our life trails lead. He will always lead us on the right and safe trails if we trust Him, wait on Him, and follow Him. It's only when we fail to follow His Word that we take the wrong trail. God, who loves us and knows our future, always wants the best for us, and will lead us in the best paths if we will follow Him. May we have a heart like David, who prayed,
Lead me in Your truth and teach me, For You are the God of my salvation; On You I wait all the day.
(Psalms 25:5) I hope you and God have many good trails together.

Everyday is a beautiful day when you can spend time with families enjoying horses. We are so blessed to have these wonderful young people at our farm.

We are looking to add a couple more students to our lesson schedule at Lovette Family Farm in Brunswick County!
