A significant milestone was achieved as UM Bansalan College officially conducted its MOA Signing Ceremony for the establishment of a new Job Placement Office on April 23, 2026, at the UMBC Conference Room. This initiative strengthens collaboration among key partner agencies and aims to enhance employment services, provide career opportunities, and support the professional growth of students and graduates. The event highlights a shared commitment to bridging education and employment for a more empowered workforce.

The MOA was formally signed by key officials and partner offices, including: 𝐀𝐭𝐭𝐲. 𝐑𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐥𝐟 𝐂. 𝐏𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐨𝐲, Regional Director of the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) Region XI; 𝐋𝐞𝐨 𝐀𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐥 𝐀. 𝐏𝐞𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐨, Provincial Director of DOLE XI Davao del Sur Field Office; 𝐇𝐨𝐧. 𝐄𝐝𝐰𝐢𝐧 𝐆. 𝐑𝐞𝐲𝐞𝐬, Municipal Mayor of Bansalan; 𝐋𝐞𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞 𝐄𝐬𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐩𝐞, President of the Association of PESO Managers (APEMA); 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐌.
