The Campus Ministry Unit (CMU) logo embodies the mission of forming a Christ-centered academic community rooted in faith, service, and evangelization. Every color and symbol reflects the identity of the ministry and its spiritual foundation within the Church.

Blue Quarter – Marian Devotion

The blue section, bearing the Marian monogram (M surmounted by the Cross), symbolizes the Blessed Virgin Mary, our loving Mother and the Patroness under the title of the Immaculate Conception. Blue has long been recognized as the traditional color of the Blessed Mother, signifying purity, fidelity, and heavenly grace. This also reflects the Campus Ministry Unit's close spiritual connection with the Santuario de la Inmaculada Concepcion, under whose pastoral care the Concepcion Holy Cross College, INC.

Red Quarter – The Holy Cross

The red section, adorned with the Holy Cross, represents the mystery of Christ's redeeming sacrifice. It signifies the Holy Cross of Christ, recalling the victory of Christianity through Emperor Constantine, who recognized the Cross as the sign of triumph. The color red likewise symbolizes the Precious Blood of Jesus Christ, poured out for the salvation of humanity, and honors the countless martyrs of the Church who faithfully offered their lives in witness to the Gospel.

Green Quarter – The Holy Eucharist

The green section features the symbol of the Holy Eucharist, the source and summit of the Christian life. It proclaims our faith in the Real Presence of Jesus Christ—His Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity—in the Blessed Sacrament. Green symbolizes hope, spiritual growth, and new life in Christ. It also reflects the prominent green found in the coat of arms of the Diocese of Tarlac, expressing the Campus Ministry Unit's communion and fidelity with the local Church.

The Gold Ornamented Shield
The golden shield signifies the dignity of the Christian vocation and the divine protection bestowed upon all who faithfully serve God. The ornamental design reflects the beauty, richness, and sacred heritage of the Catholic faith, while the shield itself represents the Church as a defender of truth and a refuge for those who seek Christ.

The Circular Seal
Encircling the emblem is the official name, Campus Ministry Unit – Concepcion Holy Cross College Inc., signifying unity among all members in their shared commitment to prayer, service, formation, and evangelization. The circular form symbolizes the eternal love of God, the unity of the faithful, and the continuous mission of proclaiming the Gospel within the academic community and beyond.

The Concepcion Holy Cross College Inc. – Campus Ministry Unit warmly invites all Crossians, faculty, staff, and members of the academic community to participate in our First Friday Mass.

As we begin this month, let us gather as one community of faith to offer our prayers, thanksgiving, and intentions to the Sacred Heart of Jesus. May this Eucharistic Celebration strengthen our relationship with God and inspire us to live our Christian vocation with renewed faith, hope, and love.

This Holy Mass will be presided over by Rev. Fr. Bryan V. Salunga, Parochial Vicar of the Santuario de la Inmaculada Concepcion.

Today, the Church joyfully celebrates the Solemnity of Saints Peter and Paul, two great Apostles whose faith, courage, and unwavering love for Christ became the foundation of the early Church.

Saint Peter, the rock upon whom Christ built His Church, and Saint Paul, the tireless missionary to the nations, remind us that despite our weaknesses and past mistakes, God's grace can transform us into faithful servants of His Kingdom.

May their witness inspire us to remain steadfast in our faith, courageous in proclaiming the Gospel, and united in serving the Church with humility and love.

The devotion to Our Lady of Perpetual Help centers on a miraculous Byzantine icon of the Blessed Virgin Mary, believed to have been brought from the island of Crete to Rome in the 15th century. Over time, the image became widely venerated for the many favors and miracles attributed to the intercession of the Blessed Mother.

In 1866, entrusted the icon to the and gave them the mission: "Make her known throughout the world." Since then, the Redemptorists have spread devotion to Our Lady of Perpetual Help across many countries.

The liturgical celebration of Our Lady of Perpetual Help is observed every year on June 27. On this feast day, Catholics honor Mary as a loving Mother who continually helps those who call upon her, leading them closer to her Son, Jesus Christ. Many churches celebrate the Holy Mass, pray the Novena, and ask for her powerful intercession.

Prayer to Our Lady of Perpetual Help

O Mother of Perpetual Help,
with a heart full of love and trust, I come before you. You are the loving Mother whom Jesus has given to us. In times of joy and in moments of difficulty, never cease to watch over me and lead me closer to your Son.

Help me to remain faithful to God, to grow in humility, charity, and obedience to His holy will. Strengthen me when I am weak, comfort me when I am troubled, and guide me whenever I am lost. Obtain for me the grace to serve others with love and to live each day according to the Gospel.

Most Holy Mother, protect my family, my friends, and all those who seek your intercession. May your perpetual help inspire us to place our complete trust in Jesus Christ, our Savior and Redeemer. Amen.

Today, the Church joyfully celebrates the birth of Saint John the Baptist, the prophet chosen by God to prepare the way for the coming of Jesus Christ. Filled with humility, courage, and unwavering faith, Saint John dedicated his life to calling people to repentance and pointing them toward the Savior, proclaiming: "He must increase, but I must decrease." (John 3:30)

As we commemorate his nativity, may we imitate his example of faithful service, humility, and devotion to God's will. May our lives also become instruments that lead others closer to Christ.

O glorious Saint John the Baptist, faithful precursor of our Lord Jesus Christ, help us to live lives of holiness, humility, and courage. Inspire us to prepare our hearts for Christ each day and to boldly witness to the Gospel through our words and actions. Guide us to remain steadfast in faith and obedient to God's will.
