Taking a moment for yourself is the always worthwhile.
Sometimes we don’t always allow ourselves these moments. Here are a few suggestions….
🐣Move: Take a some time in nature, a walk, stroll, dance, jumping jacks or whatever movement you enjoy.
🐣Breathe: notice your breath. Breathe in deeply, pause and exhale. Repeat 5 times to allow your body relax.
🐣Pause: what can you hear, see, smell, touch, taste. Focus on one or some of these for a few moments.
🐣Think: Quieten your mind for a moment and think of the things that you have enjoyed lately, the things your grateful for, the things that make you smile and feel good. Note to self, do more of these things.

Testimonials and feedback are so important to us.
Thank you Marion for your kind words.
“They are just fabulous. I love so many things about them.
The fact that they can be incorporated so seamlessly into a school day and require little or no resources in the PLAY is huge. The positive affirmations are lovely in the SAY sections and of course the MOVE and BREATHE activities are just what we promote also on the Health & wellbeing team. I was just thinking as I read them how fortunate children would be to do these on a daily basis as a contribution to their overall wellbeing.”

What a beautiful reminder, especially on this Halloween day when fun and magic are vividly around us.
We hope you find time to have fun and/or rest today (and as much as possible everyday) and in doing so you keep your sparkle and smile going.
Everyone deserves to feel a kind of magic in their day to day life.
Happy Halloween!
