Dahil hindi lahat ng paglakad sa ulan ay may kasamang kamay na hahawak 🤝 o tinig na magsasabing, “𝐴𝑘𝑜 𝑛𝑎, 𝑠𝑎𝑏𝑎𝑦 𝑛𝑎 𝑡𝑎𝑦𝑜.” Minsan, kailangan mo ring piliing manatili sa lilim—hindi dahil takot kang mabasa ☔, kundi dahil pagod ka nang umasa 😅. Kaya ngayong tag-ulan, make sure na meron kayong essentials: 𝙪𝙢𝙗𝙧𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙖, 𝙧𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙘𝙤𝙖𝙩, 𝙧𝙖𝙞𝙣 𝙗𝙤𝙤𝙩𝙨, 𝙚𝙭𝙩𝙧𝙖 𝙩-𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙧𝙩 — lahat dala mo, pero siya hindi. 🤔 Darating din ang tamang panahon... yung ulan, hindi na malamig 🌧️. Yung pag-uwi, hindi na mag-isa.

The 𝘽𝙖𝙧𝙠𝙖𝙙𝙖 𝙆𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙧𝙖 𝘿𝙧𝙤𝙜𝙖 (BKD) Officers proudly joined the 10th Mass Hands-Only Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) Training—a life-saving initiative designed to equip the youth with the knowledge and skills to act in emergency situations.

Through this training, our 𝘽𝙆𝘿 Officers gained practical experience and essential techniques in administering hands-only CPR and operating an AED—critical steps in increasing survival rates during cardiac arrest.

This initiative not only supports health and safety advocacy but also strengthens the values of discipline, service, and readiness among youth leaders. Truly, the BKD stands not only as a movement against drugs but also as 𝑎 𝑓𝑜𝑟𝑐𝑒 𝑓𝑜𝑟 𝑝𝑟𝑜𝑎𝑐𝑡𝑖𝑣𝑒 𝑓𝑜𝑟 𝑐𝑜𝑚𝑚𝑢𝑛𝑖𝑡𝑦 𝑐𝑎𝑟𝑒 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑝𝑟𝑒𝑝𝑎𝑟𝑒𝑑𝑛𝑒𝑠𝑠.

The Barkada Kontra Droga of Victorino Mapa High School joins in celebrating the 2024 Drug Abuse Prevention and Control (DAPC) Week from November 17 to 23 with the theme, “Prioritizing Health-Based Approach in Drug Abuse Prevention and Control.”

Pursuant to Presidential Proclamation No. 124, Series of 2001, DAPC Week is observed every third week of November to raise public awareness about the harmful effects of illegal drugs and to encourage public cooperation in the government’s anti-drug campaign.

Let us unite in this cause and strive for a healthier and drug-free community!
