SIRAK 2026 | STUDENTS’ NIGHT
Where lights shine, connections grow, and memories are made.

The 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 proudly joined the celebration of 𝐒𝐈𝐑𝐀𝐊 2026 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬’ 𝐍𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭, an evening filled with energy, camaraderie, creativity, and the vibrant spirit of the BiPSU community.

Making the night even more memorable was the visit of our University President Victor C. Cañezo, Jr. to the SBM booth, sharing a special moment with our faculty members and students. This photo beautifully captures what the celebration is all about university leaders, faculty, and students coming together as one BiPSU community.

A heartfelt thank you and congratulations to our SBM students who devoted their time, effort, creativity, and teamwork in preparing the booth and proudly representing the School of Business and Management during SIRAK 2026. The School of Business and Management proudly celebrates 𝐌𝐫. 𝐍𝐨𝐞𝐥 𝐑𝐨𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬, a 2𝘯𝘥 𝘠𝘦𝘢𝘳 𝘉𝘚𝘉𝘈–𝘍𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘪𝘢𝘭 𝘔𝘢𝘯𝘢𝘨𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘴𝘵𝘶𝘥𝘦𝘯𝘵, whose inspiring journey as a Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) Grantee has been featured by the TES/UniFAST Office as one of its grantee success stories.
Through his first TES grant, Noel was able to use part of the financial assistance as capital to start his own Banana Camote Chips business. What makes his story meaningful is how he chose to make the most of the opportunity entrusted to him, using the support not only for his education, but also as a stepping stone toward becoming more financially responsible and self-reliant.

Stories like Noel’s remind us of the meaningful impact that educational assistance and scholarship opportunities can have when placed in the hands of determined and hardworking students. His journey reflects the very purpose of these opportunities: to empower deserving students to continue their education, pursue their aspirations, and create better possibilities for their future.

With humility, perseverance, and resourcefulness, Noel has shown how a simple opportunity can be transformed into something productive and inspiring. His initiative embodies the spirit of a true Husaypreneur, one who learns, works hard, and makes responsible use of the opportunities that come his way.

Meet Mr. Noel Rosales, a proud 2nd Year BSBA–Financial Management student and one of our TES Grantees Batch 1.1. ✨

Through his first TES grant, Noel was able to start a small business by using part of his grant as capital for his Banana Camote Chips business. 🍌🍠

This initiative shows his determination, resourcefulness, and entrepreneurial spirit while continuing his studies. With the support of the TES program, students like Noel are given opportunities to pursue their education while working toward their dreams and financial goals.

We are proud to witness the fruits of his hard work and perseverance! 💛

More than the recognition itself, this achievement celebrates the hard work, dedication, and collective effort of our SBM students.
