A HEARTFELT THANK YOU, LGU LORETO!

The Loreto District Special Needs Education (SNED) Program extends its heartfelt gratitude to the Local Government Unit of Loreto for providing much-needed SNED items for the Transition Program, made possible through the LCPC Fund.🙏💙

These valuable resources are more than just equipment and supplies—they are tools that open doors to learning, independence, confidence, and meaningful life skills for our learners.

From storage containers, aprons, hairnets, gloves, measuring tools, baking pans and trays, to a stand mixer, food processor, induction cooker, microwave oven, digital weighing scales, first aid kit, medicine cabinet, and fire extinguisher, every item will contribute to creating a more functional, safe, and supportive learning environment for our SNED learners. 👩‍🍳🧑‍🍳💙

We are truly grateful for the continued commitment of the LGU Loreto to programs that promote inclusion, empowerment, and opportunities for every learner. Your generosity reminds us that when the community comes together, every child is given a chance to discover what they can do and what they can become.

A proud moment for Loreto Central Elementary School as we recognized our dedicated DIPAM 2026 athletes and coaches during the Flag Ceremony.

The recognition was led by our School Principal, Ma’am Jeanette H. Modelo, in celebration of the athletes’ hard work, determination, and achievements during the Dinagat Islands Provincial Athletic Meet (DIPAM) 2026, held in Albor and Loreto, Dinagat Islands, on September 18–20, 2026.

REGIONAL SNED MONITORING AT LCES!

Loreto Central Elementary School warmly welcomed the Regional SNED Monitoring Team led by Ma'am Elena N. Capangpangan, Regional SNED Focal Person, together with Dr. Villaflor D. Edillor, Division EPS in SNED who both gave comprehensive technical assistance to our school's SNED implementation.

The monitoring activity provided a meaningful opportunity to showcase our school’s continuing efforts in promoting inclusive, equitable, and quality education for learners with special educational needs.

Our heartfelt appreciation goes to our dedicated SNED Teachers, Ma’am Raya E. Olarte and Ma’am Bonivie A. Gahuman, for their commitment and thorough preparation of the required documents and evidence. We also extend our sincere gratitude to our School Principal, Ma’am Jeanette H. Modelo, for her steadfast guidance, encouragement, and support in strengthening our SNED program.
