The Grade 1 Reading Corner of TES, under the guidance of their dedicated teacher Ma’am Sharoneth H. Celebre, has become a joyful space where young learners discover the magic of reading.

Colorful books, cozy spaces, and engaging materials make the reading corner a place where curiosity grows and imaginations come alive. Through this initiative, our Grade 1 learners are encouraged to explore stories, develop their reading skills, and most importantly, experience that learning can truly be fun.

A big appreciation to Ma’am Sharoneth for creating a nurturing and inspiring environment that helps our young readers build a love for books at an early age. 📖💡

Tumog Elementary School proudly participated in the Roll-Out of Child Friendly Space (CFS) and Psychological First Aid (PFA) Training conducted by SPUP–CDCFI, held at Lappa Gymnasium on March 14, 2026.

The activity was attended by six (6) officers from the Supreme Elementary Learner Government (SELG) and YES-O, together with their respective advisers. This initiative aims to equip young leaders with the knowledge and skills to support their fellow learners during emergencies and challenging situations by promoting a safe, supportive, and child-friendly environment in school.

This activity was conducted pursuant to Division Memorandum No. 833 and 795, s. 2025 and Advisory No. 25, s. 2025.

Tumog ES extends its sincere appreciation to SPUP–CDCFI for facilitating this meaningful training and for empowering our learners to become compassionate leaders and advocates of well-being in the school community. 🌱💚

Our Kindergarten learners now have a wonderful Reading Corner where imagination, curiosity, and the love for reading begin to grow. This colorful and inviting space provides our young learners with the opportunity to explore storybooks, develop their reading skills, and enjoy the magic of stories every day.

This initiative was made possible through the dedication and leadership of Teacher Norie Samaniego, the Kindergarten adviser, whose passion and commitment continue to inspire our learners to become enthusiastic readers at an early age.

Tumog Elementary School successfully conducted the Regional Achievement Test (RAT) with the participation of 27 Grade 6 learners who diligently took part in this important assessment. The test aims to measure the learners’ academic progress and mastery of the competencies they have learned.
The activity was supervised by Chief Examiner Levie Bawalan and Room Examiner Billy Jan Sabadao both from Pudtol District ensuring the proper and smooth administration of the examination.
Tumog ES expresses its gratitude to the examiners for their support and commitment in upholding the integrity of the assessment. We also commend our Grade 6 learners for their discipline, focus, and determination throughout the examination.
Together, we continue to strive for quality education and academic excellence for our learners.

Young Wordsmiths of TES Triumph at DSPC

FLORA, APAYAO — Young campus journalists from Tumog Elementary School showcased their excellence in journalism after winning multiple awards during the Division Schools Press Conference (DSPC) 2026 held at Flora National High School on February 17–18, 2026.

Leading the awardees,
Erica Joice Magno secured Second Place in Sports Writing (English), demonstrating strong reporting skills and sports analysis.

Meanwhile,
Trixie Ann Agbayani earned Second Place in News Writing (English) for her outstanding news reporting and journalistic writing style.

Adding to the school’s achievements,
Zherylle Lopez placed Third in Column Writing (English), impressing judges with her critical thinking and opinion writing.

They will take part in the RSPC in Abra next month
