Simon Turton, Practice Manager at Sefton Park Medical Centre, “undertook a business refresh exercise as a means of becoming more efficient” which included cancelling Quill's outsourced payroll support.

We're looking for a Senior Payroll Officer to join our Liverpool-based outsourced payroll bureau. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring we deliver the very best and commercially cost-effective payroll service to our clients while remaining compliant to all payroll-related rules and regulations.
Amongst the myriad duties are giving guidance, training and support to the team, and covering for the Payroll Operations Manager when unavailable.

Karen Heggie was chosen to receive our Peter Dye Memorial Shield for 2020 for a whole multitude of reasons. Having worked at Quill for almost 12 years, she’s moved around various departments throughout her tenure and gathered vast knowledge of our inner workings.
Karen is admired for her absolute willingness to support all departments when needed. Because of her experience across our business, she guides new staff members as part of their induction process and bolsters teams during busy periods.

Our AGM kicks off at 2pm today. Because of COVID-19, this year's event is being attended virtually by all of our employees.
We plan to finish at 3.30pm. Don't panic, though, as we'll still be monitoring our server infrastructure and addressing any issues if they arise.
