I will not lie, I have a million and one things to do.
But these basics are going to be scheduled in that Google Calendar and they are going to get done.
Because I can either let the chaos take over and let myself feel rubbish.
Or I can prioritise my health and happiness and know everything will feel less chaotic if I do just that.
So shock horror, I’m not dropping my calories to 1200.
But I am going to lift some big girl weights, get to bed early and drink water like I’m a camel going the desert.
Stop trying to reinvent the wheel constantly. It keeps spinning and you never get to where ya wanna be.
Do the boring, unsexy, uncontent worthy basics. They really do work and it’s boring when it works 🧡

It’s around about now lots of people go off the radar.
They enjoy the bank holidays, their holiday, the weather gets nicer, BBQ’s are happening. Yes - we of course want to enjoy all these things.
BUT… it’s not letting those things turn into an entire summer of not living your healthy girl life.
Not getting on the train, missing your stop and staying on it for the whole summer.
The quicker you get off… the quicker you’ll get back to where you want to be.
So drink your water, go the gym , eat your fruit & veg and realise… the sooner you do it, the sooner you’ll feel back to your best 🧡

Fat loss in 2026 has looked a lot different to fat loss in 2020.
I was reflecting on it the other day and wowwww I did some unhinged stuff in 2020 🤣
Fibre supplements because I was constipated from underrating. Why didn’t I just eat more fruit & veg… why!? (It was because it had too many calories)
I am very glad I did the unhinged stuff, it was a massive learning curve so I can help all of you not do the unhinged stuff.
Healthy girl life always. Walks, nutritious food most of the time, training for strength , enjoying life. Then when you need to, just turn the music up a bit for fat loss.

Healthy, strong gal most of the time with a little bit of the other stuff 👏🏼
I’m a big believer that life is for living so there’s always gonna be some of the fun stuff.
For me that’s an Aperol (or 3), a night out (but bed before midnight) or some nice meals.
But I just ALWAYS make sure I’m including the healthy girl stuff too.
You only get one life so yeah you wanna have fun but you wanna feel good whilst doing it too 🧡
