WIBTA if I contact my friend’s ex fiancé to warn him about her creepy behavior?

Recently my friend and her fiancé broke it off. I'm honestly not really sure what happened but she claimed that he ghosted her and then threatened a restraining order afterward. I feel I don't really have all the details and something tells me there's more to the story. Anyway they were living together and shared most of all their accounts including cameras inside the home. She claims she still has access to them and has told me how she's looked at them on more than one occasion so she knows what he's doing etc. she even mentioned how she knows where he is at times because she still gets emails I guess with statements of things so she knows when he's out of town and where he is. I asked her why she doesn't just remove herself from these accounts and even told her how it was stalkerish in a joking manner because it is and I didn't want to upset her but she just says that it's a process to get the stuff switched over etc. it sounded like total b__lsh*t and I think it's really inappropriate. I understand being curious but I feel like watching the feed from cameras inside his home is a major privacy violation. I don't know if he would respond if I tried reaching out and I don't really want to throw her under the bus but I'm thinking about just reaching out and telling him he should remove her from all connected accounts with no explanation. Would it be appropriate in the situation or would I be the a__hole?

EDIT:...

My boyfriend (M37) says I (F30) want to have my cake and eat it?

My boyfriend ( M37 ) and I ( F30 ) have been dating for 8 months. Things can sometimes be tumultuous but we generally have a good time together, we have similar values and treat each other well. We have a reoccurring challenge that I frame as a lack of community from him and that he frames as a lack of prioritisation on my side.

I let him know that I will be at a sleepover with my best friends on the weekend since one of them isn't having a great time and we'd like to cheer her up. I could hear his disappointment over the phone when he said 'I don't operate as someone in a relationship and I want to have my cake and eat it since I should be hanging out with him over the weekend'. I spent the whole of last weekend with him, I saw him during the week, we talk for at least an hour everyday multiple times throughout the day and I will be spending some time next week on a holiday I planned for us.

I'm struggling with fulfilling his time needs because my other relationships with my friends and family are important to me. How do I maintain my other relationships while also helping my partner feel fulfilled that he's also a priority and important to me?

AITA for breaking up with my ex by getting married to the love of my life?

I am 29(F) and I met my ex at work, we’ll call him Brad. He was my boss’s brother and he was helping me with my project- I was hired to be the project manager for a new vertical of their business.

We spent 2 months literally joined at the hip doing everything together, talking and catching up on coffees between vendor runs. I started falling for him and he for me. Cut to the launch of the project 7 weeks later, he and I are constantly talking and the evening before the launch he tells me that he’s married with a kid and he loves me as he has never met anyone like me.

I reluctantly go with him for a coffee to hear him out where he tells me how he was pressured into marrying her and they had a kid as he was sick on a deathbed and how he never loved her and they barely shared a loved bond.

We started secretly meeting and going on dates as no one at work or around us could know about our affair. We did this for 3 months, and every time we would go out, he would make me buy him gifts and pay for our dates saying he didn’t have money or had a family to support. In the beginning it was not an issue but then it got too much as I don’t come from money and I also needed to save.

Our 3rd month in, just before our big date on Valentine’s Day, his wife found the phone he...

AITA for inviting my ex wife to my birthday party?

I'm 30M. I married my ex wife at 21, because she was pregnant (we had been dating for 3 years before that). We had our baby boy, and eventually realised this marriage just wasn't working. When our son was 2 years old, we got a divorce. I moved out and rented an appartment close to where we used to live.

We love coparenting. Our son spends a week at each appartment, but we live just two blocks apart and he can visit each of us any time he wants, wherever he is staying. He is 9 now and we both think we did the right thing by separating and stil raising him together.

I am getting married this fall and my fiance moved in with me a few months ago. My son loves her, she loves him, they get along great. She just has a problem with me still being close with my ex wife.

My birthday is next weekend and like every year, I invited a bunch of friends with their kids and also my ex wife and our son. I do it every year.

When I told my fiance who is coming, she got really angry, yelled at me and said I am an AH for including my ex wife in every thing I ever so. She said this will have to change when we get married. I told her I ill always consider my ex wife my friend and I will always love her as the mother of my son. Fiance left really upset, and later texted me that I am...

AITA for telling my daughter we'll keep her sister at home next time?

I have two daughters - 'Chloe' who is seven years old, and 'Blair' who is ten years old. Chloe has severe developmental delays. Her cognitive function is comparable to an infant or young toddler, she is not mentally capable of 'misbehaving' on purpose.
Blair has recently started playing a sport. We brought Chloe last time, and she was full on fiesty Chloe (screaming, hair pulling, biting, trying to take her clothes off...the list goes on) during the game. Blair adores Chloe, but she was a bit embarassed, she asked me if we could keep Chloe at home next time. I told her we would, and my wife got really angry.
She started ranting about how Chloe has every right to attend, and that 'teaching Blair to be ashamed of her sister and hide her away is disgusting' and that we need to include her in these events like a typical sibling.
AITA for telling my daughter we'll keep her sister at home next time?

AITA for locking a kid in the bathroom?

I(26F) am single and currently living in an apartment with my cat. Next door lives what looks like a single mother(40+-) and her son(8). I work early shifts, so I am usually home in the afternoons and would spend the rest of the day playing video games or painting.

The mother next door sometimes would drop her son by my door and ask me to look after him as she goes out, she would usually pick him up a few hours later. I am actually quite reluctant to help but consider that they may be in difficult situations I just suck it up. It's not like I have to babysit or entertain him, just letting him play my video games for a few hours and that's all.

The son sometimes makes a mess by rummaging through my things but I could handle that by telling him off and tidy them up later. It was another one of the days when I let the son in and left him be. For a while everything seemed to be fine, until I realized that my cat was missing.

I looked everywhere but she was nowhere to be seen. I then turned to the kid and asked if he had anything to do with it, but he was busy with his game and brushed me off impatiently. Some time later, I found my terrified cat in the FREEZER.

I confronted the kid and demanded to know why he did that? He swore to god that he had nothing to do with it at first, then changed his words...

AITA for not wanting to work during my cousin's wedding?

*Update below!

My cousin is getting married in August - a destination wedding out in the mountains of Colorado. My husband and I are professional filmmakers and do a lot of work together. We own our own equipment and both act as operators sometimes, or otherwise we hire additional crew and take on different roles, depending on the job.

My cousin - who I am decently close to - asked if my husband and I will video her wedding for her. This was after we received her invitation, RSVP'd yes, and after we've purchased our plane tickets / booked our hotel. She says she will pay us a 'small stipend', but she loves our work and can't find a good videographer out in this small town in Colorado.

My husband and I don't want to do it. Not only would we have to cart all of our gear out to Colorado, but that's all we'd be doing the whole wedding. My cousin is super particular, really picky, and despite her saying that it would be okay if we only captured the best moments, those 'best moments' are all over a wedding. (We also don't film weddings - we've never filmed a wedding previously. The small work we do as a 2 person crew is mostly for non-profits.) You just have to be filming the whole time. How would it ever work for us to be guests, and be paid videographers? We aren't taking time off, paying $800 each for plane tickets, and the hotel etc etc just so we can work for way...

AITA for not telling my mom my child had been born?

I've been expecting my first child this year. Last year, my parents booked and paid for a cruise around the same time I was due seeing as I wasn't even pregnant and none of us knew I'd be having one at the time. The cruise was a month long, around Europe. I ended up giving birth about a week and a half after they left. Given their position someone off the coast of Norway or Sweden I couldn't call them. I realized when my new daughter was born that my parents would be returning to the United States two days before my mom's birthday and I decided to wait and sort of present her new granddaughter on her birthday. I thought it would be sweet.

Anyway, so mom and dad's plane lands, they give us a call. I have my husband tell my dad that I'd rather they visit on mom's birthday because I've been under the weather but I'd never not see my mom on her birthday. They agreed and I got things ready, wrapped the present I'd ordered, cleaned the house up a little, my husband baked a cake and fixed dinner.

And then everything went ass over tea kettle. Mom was incredibly unhappy, to say the least. In our house you come inside right into the living room so I sat in my husband's La-Z-Boy facing the door with the baby, tried not to pull a stitch. Mom saw the baby and her face fell. She turned around, grabbed my dad, and they stormed out. They didn't answer our calls or call us...

MIL taught my daughter that hugs mean hitting

So my mother in law has never really liked me(F29). I started dating my husband(M29) when we were both 17 and she didn’t like it at all. He was very sheltered and she had the mentality of “he’s my little baby, I don’t want him to grow up, you can’t date cause you’re still my little baby”... and I’ve hated it because it made it difficult to have a relationship but through all the hardships we’ve come out stronger. And despite everything she’s said to me and behind my back, I try to include her in everything. We got married at 24 and at 27 we had our daughter. I didn’t really want MIL to be around my daughter a lot so I’ve kinda always just avoided situations where I’d have to be around her unless it was a holiday or birthday. This last weekend tho, I had a wedding to attend with my husband and we had plans with a friend to babysit for us. She had to cancel last minute because of family issues and it’s not her fault, she’s not responsible for my things so I just had to deal with it and find someone. Except I literally had no time. My husband said he could ask his mom. I really didn’t want to but seeming we had no other option, I agreed and she said yes. We went to the wedding, picked her up, and went home. My daughter this past week has started a new habit of hitting me. I’ve been really confused but I ask her to stop and she usually does....

AITA for not letting my daughter meet my ex's family?

My ex (M) and I dated for year in our 25s and parted ways on good terms. Our last encounter a year later let to the birth of our daughter (L). About a year into L's life, M was diagnosed with a terminal illness and she passed away when L was about 2. During her last few months, she moved in to my place and I helped her liquidate all her assets and put them in a fund for L while I took care of everyone.

I know that M was no contact with her family for the longest time but she never divulged why despite asking her a few times. When the reality that she would never see L grow up truly set in, M was a sobbing mess and was actively having panic attacks. Her final wish which made in front of me and her friends, was that no matter what happens, L should never ever interact with her family. To comfort her, I made the promise and even went as far as getting legal documents signed which would state that should something happen to me, her godparents (our best friends) even though my family would have been more than happy to take care of L, I know that they would not be able to keep my promise.

L is 5 now and she is my whole world, and we were living our happy little lives until ex's mother found us. She came to my door, introduced herself and asked to speak to me. Since L was right in, I didn't want to risk...
