at my office.... the boy sitted on the his mother is mentally disbalance. he is the only one to feed his family. on the chair I was helpless. I can send the boy to NCLP centre or I can send him to child home. finally I make arrangement for him to send him mondal para NCLP centre. there he can get mid-day-meal for one time. but who will take responsibility for his food for the rest day?
