Finally, we are here to invite you over meet of 4 Farmers Club formed in along with other framers in Lambi Aheer, where District and Block level officer like Director Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Assistant Director Agriculture, Assistant agriculture officer Horticulture Jhunjhunu, Assistant Agriculture officer Buhana, Agriculture Expert Ambuja Cement Foundation are taking part to discuss the policy and best practices and will be shared by them. Story of Transformation in Farming through capacity building of Farmers through Farmers Club
Almost 23 days ago begun journey of Public System Project with statement "TO REDUCE THE AGRICULTURAL INPUT COST AND CAPACITATE FARMERS THROUGH FARMER PRODUCER ORGANIZATION". Along with that there some objective those were required to meet must, are as follow-The primary objective of mobilizing farmer into member owned producer organization, or FPO, is to enhance production, productivity and profitability of agriculturist, especially small farmer. The objectives of project are below mentioned:-
▷ To reduce input supply cost.
▷ To enhance the bargaining power of farmers as collectives
▷ To avail the opportunity credit to small and medium farmers
▷ To cut the link of middle man between farmers and buyers.
There are certain limitations where I had felt low, and emotionally down to drop the project, are discussed as below:-
▷ NABARD in Jhunjhunu is not functional, where primarily FPO needs the support of NABARD, to get registered, expert sessions, and most important to look after the functioning of FPO.
▷ There is no bank in Jhunjhunu, which can open account of farmer group and avail them opportunity of credit.
▷ Competitive nature among farmers.

To achieve our Objective, I went through different processes where individual one to one with farmers, Group sessions with farmers, meeting with Co-operative bank and commercial bank, meeting with local NGOs were part of it. Through out the process, what I was doing is research, which continues helping me to mitigate the mid way challenges. At last what we came with is 4 and Counting Farmers Club in Lambi Ahir Gram Panchayat of Buhana, Dist- Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan. These club consist of 81 farmers and still we are expecting to form 2 more club. It was the most learnable process for me though I have very small Knowledge about govt policy over the statement. Finally the Groups will have 5 years of monitoring and capacity building through NABARD and Krishi Vigyan Kendra. And, Still a surprise is awaited to come out.

Glimpse of today's Bal Sabha throughout the Buhana Block.

Appreciation in Review Meeting of "Apna Bachcha, Apna Vidhyalaya" at block level, had turned HMs more enthusiastic towards the organizing Bal Sabha in community. After the video analysis of Bal Sabha organized in Jhunjhunu in presence of Collector, more innovative activities were seen in Bal Sabha throughout the Block, apart from it a continues increase in the participation of community is being witnessed, is motivating the Children, Teachers and HMs to strengthen activities for Bal Sabha. Block level officers are also very much motivated towards this initiative and actively participating Bal Sabha of near by places, especially BEEO sir.

"Review meeting of "Apna Bachcha, Apna Vidhyalaya" was held today in Buhana block where BEEO, ABEEO, 93 HMs along with our PFEL representative Manindar Mishra and Our Admin Pankaj Sharma were present. Meeting begun with appreciation of Piramal Foundation's work in Block as well as in district. In review meeting HMs were appreciated for the efforts towards the success of program apart from it Schoolwise Enrollment target was given by BEEO Rajpal Ji. BEEO shared the Agenda and objective of program along with Bal Sabha, where video of Bal Sabha organized in Jhunjhunu in the presence of Collector Pradeep Kumar Borad was shown, where BEEO very nicely explained the video by breaking it into parts and motivated HMs to conduct such kind of Bal Sabha. Another issue was put forward by HMs that the app to track the enrollment in not working in their mobile" as per report shared by our Admin Pankaj Bhai.

Today as the Part of Enrollment drive namely "Apna Baccha Apna Vidhyalaya" grand bal sabha were organized in the community throughout the schools of Buhana block, where teachers have actively participated in the events as well as the participation of community was a positive sign of change in thought of peoples toward the Govt. Schools that will defiantly boost the enrollment drive in govt schools of the block.
