Delhi Public School - Ara, Bhojpur

A day after a blackout drill was held across Bihar's six districts — Patna, Kishanganj, Begusarai, Purnia, Araria and Katihar on May 14, 2026, senior students of DPS ARA were at a workshop on Friday educated about the civil defence practices which have to be adopted in crisis situations like wartime attacks and air raids. The workshop was conducted by Bihar's Civil Defence DG-cum-Commissioner Dr. Paresh Saxena in the school campus at Konhara Mor, Udwantnagar in Bhojpur. Thank you, DG Sir!

Dr. Paresh Saxena, a senior IPS officer currently posted as the DG-cum-Commissioner, Civil Defence Directorate, Bihar, felicitated the DPS ARA's Class X and XII toppers of the CBSE Boards (2025-26) at a function organised by the school on its campus at Konhara Mor, Udwantnagar on May 15, 2026.

Dr. Paresh Saxena, a senior IPS officer currently posted as the DG-cum-Commissioner, Civil Defence Directorate, Bihar, invested the newly elected Student Council (2026-27) functionaries of DPS ARA with their badges and sashes at a function organised on the school campus at Konhara Mor, Udwantnagar. Manasi and Abhishek of Class XII were installed as the Head Girl and Head Boy respectively while Sonakshi and Purushottam of Class XI were elected as school's Sports Captain (Girl) and Sports Captain (Boy).
