💜 WE’RE HIRING! 🐴
Do you love horses, enjoy working with kids, and want a job where no two sessions look quite the same?
True Colours Consulting is looking for a part-time Behaviour Interventionist (BI) to join our equine-assisted team!
You don’t need previous BI experience — we provide training and ongoing BCBA supervision. What we do need is someone with solid horse experience, a willingness to learn, and most importantly, someone who is reliable and looking for a stable, long-term position with our team.
📅 Mondays & Tuesdays
⏰ Approximately 2–4 hours/day to start, with potential for more
🐴 Horse experience required
💜 Entry-level BI applicants welcome
🌱 Work one-to-one with neurodivergent children & youth
✨ Training + ongoing BCBA supervision provided
💰 Compensation commensurate with education & experience
📍 Chilliwack/Yarrow, BC
Our sessions are relationship-based, assent-focused, trauma-assumed, neurodiversity-affirming — and often involve horses, barn activities, games, movement, regulation and a whole lot of creativity.
Sound like your kind of job? We’d love to hear from you!
