Jays Care Foundation Girls at Bat

This year, 3-5 phys Ed teacher Mrs LacLeay piloted a new-to-us after school program, with materials and swag provided by the Jays Care Foundation. With a group of 8 adult volunteers supporting her lead, this program ran 2x a week for 4 weeks and taught fundamental baseball skills to a group of girls from grades 3-5. Based on the smiles, laughs (and acquisition of skills!) we are calling this program a success!
