Through powerful talks and advisory work, she helps leadership teams thrive through change and deliver results.

Our keynote speaker, Chelsey MacNeil, brings over 20 years of experience driving social impact across Canada. As CEO of the Purposeful Group, she empowers organizations and social entrepreneurs to create innovative, equity-driven solutions that tackle social, economic, and environmental challenges
