The restrictions lifted and CHANGE has begun in-person programming again! We made a few different pastas and pasta sauces, using plant-based ingredients! We finished off with some yummy oat cookies made with Wow butter 🍪 Stay tuned for a very exciting last program day this week✨

We have had lots of fun cooking virtually! For our first virtual session, we made breakfast foods! These included banana oat pancakes, chocolate chia seed pudding, and a fruit salad! We will be continuing CHANGE virtually this week, making some very yummy recipes🌮🍅🍚😀

We had our last session on Friday and had a blast! We made a variety of desserts with a healthier twist, including black bean brownies, chocolate hummus, and zucchini chocolate chip muffins. The recipes will be posted on our page soon! This was our final session of this semester and we will be back in January. ✨Happy Holidays everyone!✨

Below are the recipes for the Middle Eastern foods we cooked on Wednesday. We made a roasted beet hummus, a green pea hummus, a roasted red pepper hummus, a plain chickpea hummus, a vegan tzatziki, and falafels!! Happy cooking :)
