Did you know that your educational programs or meetings are only as effective as the skills of the people who lead them? When people are involved and have fun, they are engaged and are motivated to learn. Good facilitation is the key to getting the most out of your program, participants and time! Based on Adult learning principles, C2 workshops are designed to meet the needs of all learners in a fun, interactive and inspiring way! By experiencing interactive facilitation techniques, participants will become a more confident and competent facilitator themselves! Carmen Paterson-Payne will work with you to develop a training program or professional development workshop to meet the needs of your organization. These may range from a short 1 hour meeting to a full 8 week program! Examples:
Two hour motivational workshops or two day Fantastic Facilitation workshops, facilitated strategic planning sessions, team building events, program development, staff training module development and so much more!
