Unfortunately, due to a lack of volunteers we have to cancel this Saturday's parkrun.

We have some great opportunities to volunteer at future events (https://www.parkrun.ca/churchillparkway/futureroster) and would love to count on our great run community to help out. If you feel you've benefitted from parkrun, please repay that by volunteering a bit of your time to support the event and everyone else who enjoys being part of parkrun. The beauty of parkrun is the shared experiences. Not just the running, but the cheering, the good vibes, and the opportunity to give back to the event.

Volunteers make a valuable contribution every week to ensure the safe delivery of parkrun events and by volunteering, you will be making a positive impact to the health and happiness of your local community as well as experiencing all the benefits it brings to you as a volunteer. A big part of what makes parkrun special is how it comes together through volunteer energy only. Bring some energy to the event and let's keep it running strong!

We were glad to welcome visitors from Bothwell, Saskatoon, Calgary and Vancouver!! We had a couple of first timers learn the ropes on our beautiful trail this morning! Hot day in The Peg!
