So proud of these dancers! Ms. Em had her first competition since recovering from double ankle injuries and she placed! 7th in her trophy fling. Ms. E continues to rock the sword dance and placed 9th in her class. Ms. A placed 5th in her fling and danced the village maid in competition for first time and placed 5th. Way to go!

These wonderful dancers did very well today at the Winnipeg Scottish Festival. Ms. E got her first medal today! She placed 10th in her sword. Way to go! Ms. R was very consistent. She placed 6th in her Trophy Fling, Fling and Sword. Nicely done! Very proud of these dancers.

Our dancer’s enjoying some holiday fun with each other at the end of class. Merry Christmas to all and a Happy New Year! We’ll see you back at lessons January 5th, 2023!

Congratulations to our dancers today for competing at the MHDA 75th anniversary competition. Ms. B dance in her first and last competition as a Primary dancer. She danced very well and now she moves up to Beginners with the big dancers. Ms. A danced in her first competition in two years. She took first in her Fling and 5th in her Hullachan. This moves her up to the next category of Premier. Watch out world here she comes as she has her eye on championship next year. Ms. E tried her best and danced a nice clean Fling. So proud of all our dancers today.

Congratulations to Ms. E for dancing in her first competition. She danced her heart out. A huge thank you to Ms. A for stepping up and being a fantastic assistant dance teacher.

Lesson start this Wednesday. Registration is sill open and we welcome dancers of all ages.
