Aristotle, one of the greatest philosophers, knew that the beginning of understanding others and the world around us starts with a deeper awareness of ourselves.
Thanks to Michelle Clarke for bringing this to my awareness during our conversation today. You are a wise and insightful woman.

This month in the Socialish community we're learning about the happiness strengths collection - those strengths that are most highly correlated with a boost in happiness.
Gratitude is at the top of the list and with it being Canadian Thanksgiving, it's a great time to stretch your gratitude muscles. One of my favourite ways to practice gratitude is to tell someone dear to me, how grateful I am for having them in my life.
Today I'm feeling grateful for this young lad, my husband Evan Kuz, who infuses his top strengths of kindness, humour, appreciation of beauty and excellence, and teamwork into my life every day.
I'm also forever grateful for James P***l who introduced us 19+ years ago because he thought we'd be perfect for each other. Turns out he was right.
Who are you grateful for you today?

FOCUS. If this intrigues you, become a member of Social(ish) and join the discussion. It's free.
