Finally, meet the woman behind it all, Cairn A. Moore, Owner & Operator of Actor’s Studio.
Cairn is a director and playwright. She teaches performance at the University of Winnipeg and is the former Associate Artistic Director of FemFest. She is also the founder and proud owner of Actors Studio, Acting classes for Adults. Cairn has co-written two plays with Hope McIntyre: Jail Baby (published by Scirocco) and Breaking Through (Sarasvati). Scirocco also published Generation NeXt, a book of juicy scenes for young female actors. Her award-winning play SHIKSA premiered with the Jewish Theatre (2016) Cairn has just launched her new book, “Born Ready: An Actor’s Handbook”, now available at McNally Robinson and Amazon!

Time to meet Director of our show, Natasha Fisher.
Natasha is excited to make her directorial debut with such a phenomenal and talented cast! She has been with Actor’s Studio for a number of years, acting in productions such as “ALMOST, MAINE”; “LOVE/SICK” and “Women”. Other recent credits include “Gossip” (Hood and Dagger Productions) and “Agency” (Broken Record Productions 2015). Natasha has also taken a number of Walls to Bridges classes which includes doing theatre in carceral settings.
