🌻Welcome to another edition of Montessori Monday!

This week, we're exploring The Teen Boards. With wooden boards and number tiles, our students build numbers from 11 to 19, laying the groundwork for future mathematical adventures. This tactile experience not only strengthens their understanding of the decimal system and place value but also nurtures critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Here's to bridging the gap between counting and abstract numerical mastery! 🌈📚

🌈 Last week at BMA, our young explorers embarked on a heartwarming journey of emotions! With the book, “The Colour Monster” as our guide, we discovered the vibrant world of feelings and created our own unique monster masterpieces. 🖍️💖 Our budding artists expressed joy, surprise, and more, learning to communicate with empathy. 🍁 As Autumn graced us with its presence, we celebrated the season’s beauty by adventuring outside and capturing it indoors with leaf rubbings. 🌿🍂 Here’s to embracing change and understanding ourselves and each other a little better every day!

🧺This week we're excited to showcase the practical life activity of folding cloths! This seemingly simple task is a powerhouse of developmental benefits. As our young learners match corners and create neat folds, they refine their fine motor skills and enhance hand-eye coordination. Folding cloths fosters independence, responsibility, and patience, transforming this everyday chore into a calming, rhythmic process. Watch as your child’s concentration and cognitive abilities flourish with each fold!
