The University of Manitoba Leadership Organization (UMLO) is a student run group at the I.H. Any University of Manitoba student can join UMLO. Leadership can bring to mind a variety of images. For example, a political leader, an explorer, an executive, etc. Leaders set direction, build an inspiring vision, and create something new.
