📣Congratulations to the top three Oratorical speakers and the nine finalists on a job exceptionally well done! The top three speakers will receive a monetary scholarship during Awards Day in June, thanks to the IHMS Fidelity Social Club.

DID YOU KNOW? The IHMS Fidelity Social Club was an organization in the late 1950s and early 1960s that raised funds to construct our beautiful school. Almost all the money raised came from hosting bingos and raffles, and whatever funds were left over, the Fidelity Social Club invested in a scholarship to support public speaking contests.

Immaculate Heart of Mary School participates in this international celebration every year on the third Thursday in May. Vyshyvanka is the name for a Ukrainian embroidered shirt/blouse.
🇺🇦The vyshyvanka is much more than traditional clothing. For generations, embroidered patterns carried regional identity, family history, and symbols of protection, strength, and hope. Today, the vyshyvanka has become a powerful symbol of Ukrainian resilience, unity, and pride — especially during difficult times for Ukraine and Ukrainians worldwide.
