I’m very excited to be offering my first event in my new studio. Lindsay from HOUSE OF YOGA 204 will be offering a full moon sound bath and meditation! The frequency of singing bowls helps you go into a theta state. This brainwave state helps you access deeper healing and resets the nervous system. Sound healing is a big part of yoga and meditation. This full moon is about celebrating the harvest and letting go of the fear of scarcity. It’s also the full moon before 2 weeks of celebrating the ancestral realm in the Hindu calendar. Come celebrate the abundance that the bright half of the year has given you and release the fears you don’t want to carry into the dark half of the year. Thank your ancestors and invite them to release their fears of scarcity, war etc. I’ve named this event the Garden of Sound because the psyche, nervous system and body, when in harmony, blossom.
