WELCOME TO OUR TEAM LAINE, our NEW PROGRAM DIRECTOR!

We are so delighted to announce Chabad Torah Tot's newest member of our team, Lainie Filkow, who will be stepping in as our Program Director. Lainie will be taking a lead role in overseeing our unique curriculum, planning special activities, supporting staff and continuing our parent partnerships to continue to enhance our Torah Tots family.

"Lainie Filkow has more than 10 years of experience teaching in Jewish day schools, including the Toronto Heschel School, where she was head of its Early Year’s division. She received her bachelor of education from the University of Winnipeg and has also studied at Harvard University and in Israel. Lainie has experience writing and implementing curriculum, creating Jewish holiday programs and leading staff. She moved back to Winnipeg with her family, including her husband and three children, a year ago. Since then Lainie has become a part of the Gray Academy Parent Association, the Camp Massad board and the Winnipeg Beach Day Camp board."

Laine's awesome positive energy and extensive experience will be a huge asset to our school. We wish her much hatzlachah in her new position and are excited to see what the future brings!
