Strategic Property Investors Network Inc. We are a group of real estate investors based in Winnipeg. We meet once a month and are dedicated to educating newcomers as well as networking with each other.

The Strategic Property Investors Network (SPIN) is Winnipeg’s local source for real estate investment education and networking! Our members range from those who have not yet purchased their first investment property to those with a few hundred doors. We are a very diverse group, and this diversity is our strength! If you have a question, chances are someone in the group has the answer! We meet on

We meet every second Tuesday of the month (Please see official schedule on main page)
Registration is from 6:30pm – 7:00pm, and the meeting starts at 7:00pm. Coffee, tea and water are provided. All first time guests enjoy their first meeting FREE
Our meetings typically consist of 2 - 3 speakers touching on a variety of relevant topics to real estate investors. The presentations are usually quite interactive with our members asking questions throughout the presentations, and at the end. The meeting finishes off with time for networking, and often, this can be the most valuable time as our members connect and bounce ideas off of each other, in some cases partner as investors, and just share what they're up to. The problem with never saying no is that you end up living other people’s lives instead of your own.

If your instant reaction is to search for excuses to a request, the request is not worth disturbing your peace. Say no politely and don’t feel the need to justify your decision. If they think you’re an a-hole then that’s their problem not yours.

If someone contacts you only when they need you for something, you are in a transactional relationship. You are only valued for what you can offer in the time that they need it from you

If someone wants to take your skills, use and abuse them, and not even acknowledge, appreciate, or even consider compensating you for your time, you do not have to accept or even respond.
