Just a friendly reminder…there will be no classes at the SKDA - Shotokan Karate-Do Academy Winnipeg North and Winnipeg South Branches Saturday Oct 7 and Monday Oct 9 due to the long weekend. From my family to yours have a Happy Thanksgiving!!!!

A great class today with students from the SKDA-Winnipeg South trekking all the way from the other end of the city. Elements of Taikyoku & Heian Shodan is the focus this month with application work with partners. Glad to be in full swing.
