This is really interesting - both Japan and Scotland have joined a growing movement towards a 4-day workweek - what do you think? Their pilot programs will be similar to Spain's. Would you opt for a 32-hour workweek? Would you be able to get everything done that you need to in 4 days?
The article says that Microsoft in Japan tried it and employee productivity increased by 40%, their electric bill was cut by 23%, and there was a 59% decrease in pages printed.
