Thanks to a Tree Canada grant (with generous support from Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries), we’ll be planting:
🍒 31 trees
🌿 32 shrubs
🌼 A beautiful pollinator & butterfly garden! 🐝
This green transformation will:
🌱 Support nature-based learning at Isaac Brock School
🍓 Provide edible fruit for people, wildlife & pollinators
☀️ Add much-needed shade to our neighbourhood
🌺 Boost local biodiversity
✨ Our community planting day is happening on Saturday, October 18 at 10AM — with awesome help from Tree Canada, Tree Winnipeg, and Green Drop.

This project boosts biodiversity, supports nature-based learning at Isaac Brock School, provides edible fruit for people, wildlife, and pollinators, and brings shade to our neighbourhood.

🌼 Isaac Brock students will plant a pollinator/butterfly garden, and we’ll follow with a community planting day on Sat, Oct 4 — with support from Tree Canada, Tree Winnipeg, and Green Drop.
