Congratulations to Jose Zhen Cheung whose creation won the Wetland Centres of Excellence Art Competition put on by Ducks Unlimited Canada 🖼️🌊
This year’s art competition centred on the theme “Biodiversity creates hope.” To connect to this theme, Jose decided to use a variety of mediums such as drawing, photography, sculpture and crocheting. By bringing together these mediums, he sought to mirror the unity of life in the wetlands.
Jose’s artwork is called “Unifying Harmonies”, where different animals, plants and organisms who have their own harmony are united by different-looking nets, signifying that our differences should not be an issue and we should stick together.
We are of Jose’s achievement and the passion he has shown for both art and environmental awareness.
