Friday August 4: Regular hours Saturday August 5: Open mat 11 amSunday August 6: Open mat 11 am Monday August 7: closed

We would like to wish Balance team member Brett all the best as he is moving away

Brett has been a student for 2 years and we will miss having him around. Also we really appreciate the nice and thoughtful gift and will have it displayed at the new academy

Congratulations to coach and Balance team member on earning 2 bronze medals at the IBJJF Orlando Open Gi and No Gi in the Adult Purple feather weight division

We can’t wait to see what’s next!

All classes starting at 6:15 AM

Monday: Fundamental- NoGi
Tuesday: Advanced- No Gi
Wednesday: Fundamental- Gi
Thursday: Advanced/drills- Gi
Friday: Open Mat

Balance Jiu Jitsu is excited to announce that we will be moving to a new location

1001 Notre Dame has been our home for almost 8 years and we are grateful for the great start it has given us. But now it is time to start something new and something that is uniquely Balance Jiu Jitsu.

June 18th, 2023 we hosted our boggest belt promotions so far with 37 people moving to the next level in their Jiu Jitsu endeavour. Congratulations to everyone who earned a new ranking with us! Well deserved for sure!

This weekend we will be supporting our local athletes and teammates at the Manitoba Open.

There will be no adult classes on Saturday and no open mat on Sunday!

Kids Saturday 10 am class will still be happening.

Bringing Jake Mackenzie in for a two day seminar was the best thing to ever happen on a May long weekend!!Thank you for sharing your techniques and wisdom with us. Your positive attitude and awesome energy is infectious. We feel truly grateful to have spent the weekend with you and can't wait until we meet again!
