Monday

LIIFT4 The Holidays: Chest & Tris

I really don't like time change. Sure it's great getting that extra hour on Sunday but come Monday when your circadian rhythm is out of whack, it makes for a long feeling day.....

Both girls were up this morning. I got Brooklyn dressed and ready for school, made sure Hailey was awake and good to go then Brooklyn and I left the house. It was a wet morning as it rained through the night, but the sun was out and it was actually really beautiful. We both enjoyed our walk and loved the sunshine, which didn't last of course. By the time my shift was over it was cloudy and the wind joined us. On my way home, I passed Hailey on her bike heading to school.

I got settled after having a small bowl of cereal and drank my Energize and read my book. The book is not the best but I have stuck it out so I am going to finish it. I pressed play on day one of the hybrid calendar of LIIFT4 and it was a doozy with Chest and Tris. I felt it all!!!!! My triceps were burning 🔥.

Lunchtime was definitely cooler because of the wind and the kids in my regular class just can't seem to regulate their voice volume. I can't figure it out because other classes are fine. These kids just don't listen. Their not bad, or obnoxious.... just over the top loud sometimes.

Home I made a sandwich and watched Home Improvement while eating. I eventually lay down and rested. I didn't nap though. Mom had to leave because Great Grandpa called Darryl needing some help. He's okay but had to go to the ER.

Crossing Guard shift after school was cool but the sun tried to warm things up. Brooklyn seems to like meeting me at my post because she feels grown up. We like our walk home as we chat.

Darryl and I went to Costco for some fruit and grabbed chicken wings to have with salad and the chicken salad they make.

It's early (ish) but I am going to head to bed soon.

LIIFT More Super Block UP Week Upper Burnout

Saturday was definitely a sleep in day for all of us. Darryl and I actually were awake just before 10 and got up. I got ready for a workout, put laundry in and drank my Energize. Darryl had something to eat and was watching tv. I was on my second ride when Brooklyn woke up at 12:35. She had a good 12 hours of sleep and felt so much better. She sounded better too. After I was done my ride, we sat talking with Mum working out what needed to be done for Christmas Eve and Day. I did some tidying up downstairs and once we were ready the three of us got ready for some last minute shopping. We hit Dollarama for some stocking stuffers and stuffies, The Outlet Mall for a couple of gifts. Then it waa Costco for garlic coils, apples, and something for dinner. Surprisingly Costco wasn't crazy busy.

It was a late bedtime for everyone and I kept working on laundry. Hailey never touched her room and I gave up. While I was getting Brooklyn to bed Darryl pulled out the wrapping paper and I grabbed all the gifts. I sorted everything, picked a paper for each girl, put on Miracle on 34th Street and started wrapping. Once the Canucks game was over he joined me. It wasn't a strenuous as it's been in the past (not near as much this year) but it did take a while. I finished including clean up by 2:45. We even took out garbage. It was 3:45 when we went to bed.

This meant we were tired today. When up I dressed in workout gear as usual. I finished laundry, vacuumed half of the stairs before I had to charge the vacuum, tidied up, drank my Energize and pressed play on UP Week Upper burnout. Holy that was a doozy!

I helped Mum with the turkey and dishes, vacuumed upstairs, tidied both upstairs and our bathrooms, finished the stairs, Darryl and I and Mum fixed our appies for dinner, more dishes lol.

Brooklyn had a quick shower, Hailey washed her hair and then the girls opened their Christmas Eve gifts. New pjs and ornaments. Brooklyn went to bed nice and easy and I prepped French Toast casserole for tomorrow's breakfast/brunch. Hailey did manage to put all her clean clothes away (she needs more hangers) and went to bed at a decent time.

Mum and I put the gifts under the tree while Darryl finished drying the dishes.

It's been a very busy few days and only managed to watch The Grinch with Brooklyn yesterday (I kept falling asleep lol) but that's okay.

LIIFT More Super Block Week 3 Day 5 Shoulders and Arms HIIT

Last day of school! No more alarms for two weeks! Woot woot!

After last night's not feeling well/lightheadedness my sleep wasn't bad but could have been better. I felt sickly. I woke up in the position I fell asleep in which means I was exhausted. I struggled because of how I felt. I woke Hailey but she asked to stay home because they weren't doing anything today and she had asked last night. She went back to sleep for a bit. I felt bad waking Brooklyn too especially since she rolled over and closed her eyes twice! She never does that. I got her up by reminding her that she had treats to give her friends. She was chipper right away then.

It was so foggy this morning I couldn't see our neighbours house across the street. The air was nice though and trees were covered in hoar frost.

At home I made our bed and had a Beachbar then drank my Energize and read my book. Today's workout was Shoulders and Arms and my legs were starting to ache from yesterday's More Legs lol. My arms were done by the end and those cursed triple bears did a number on my already achey quads 🤣.

I changed and got ready to head to school. Hailey was writing her story and Mum and Mom were heading out to the stores so Mom could Christmas shop.

Lunchtime was great. The kids enjoyed the nice weather though one of my girls fell and hurt her hip/back. She was okay after she iced it. You could tell it was the end of the year as the kiddos were just hyper. They all liked my treats and I even got a small gift from one of them 😊 . Our principal and vice-principal had donuts and Merci chocolates for us lunch supervisors.

At home I chatted with Hailey a bit then sat down to relax and read. I still wasn't feeling great and needed to just decompress. I curled up and napped for a bit too.

I was going to walk after school but drove because of how I felt plus Brooklyn was still coughing. Darryl called just before the bell rang saying they closed early and was on his way home. Mum and Mom got home just after I pulled in to the driveway.

Around 5 pm Brooklyn came to me saying her ear hurt. It wasn't red and I couldn't see anything but I progressively got worse and she was in tears. I put some Vicks around her ear and gave her some tylenol. She asked to go to the doctor because it hurt so much. Darryl and I took her to Children's because it's Christmas weekend and we didn't want her to suffer if it was an ear infection. We were there for 7 and left for 11. Not too bad considering. She started feeling better but it still hurt. The doctor checked her ears and listened to her lungs. She's all clear and though her ear is a bit inflammated there's no sign of infection. She's just got the lingering cough from a slight cold. She's not sick. The cough is just annoying and can last up to four weeks. Thank goodness all is good and it was good we took her to make sure.

It was super late by the time we got home and Darryl and I are exhausted. Brooklyn's sleeping soundly now and I am feeling rough again. So glad we don't have to wake early and everyone will sleep in. Hopefully Hailey put her story away when at the time I gave her and is sleeping too now as it's almost 1:30. Time for tired Mama to go to sleep

First day of Winter AKA shortest day of the year

LIIFT More Super Block Week 3 Day 4 More Legs Burnout

With last night's extra late bedtime, my sleep was too short. I struggled when my alarms went off but I got up, workout clothes on and after going to the bathroom then brushing my teeth, I woke Hailey who REALLY didn't want to wake up. I felt bad waking her after last night but she needed to get up. I also felt bad waking Brooklyn after her coughing before she fell asleep. She was sleepy at first but once she was moving she was happy as usual. Hailey decided to cover both options for today's Spirit day and wore pjs this morning with her oodie and changed into a velvet dress and boots for the afternoon. I dropped her off at her friend's and got to Brooklyn's school early ish. She wanted to go to her lineup of course lol.

When I got home I made a peanut butter sandwich so that I wasn't doing leg day on an empty stomach. I made our beds and sat reading and drinking my Energize. Something I ate didn't agree with me right before my workout but then I was good to go.

Holy LEGS burning 🔥! We had reverse lunges AND Bulgarian split squats today! Hot dog that was intense. I stuck with doing just static split squats because I don't feel like I can get into a position to do the bss in a safe way with our bench. I still felt the burn though. Workout was awesome.

I'm still experiencing lightheadedness off and on throughout the day as well as a drunken feeling of being off balance or walking on a sloped floor sideways. It's very disorienting.

I enjoyed the walk to school except the wind of course. The temperature and sunshine were warm but it was a chilly wind. The kiddos were great outside and another one of the girls opened up and feels comfortable around me now. She was by my side talking the entire recess and I thought it was great. The lunch portion was a tad loud but that's pretty normal this close to Christmas break.

After lunch was over I signed in at the office for volunteering and headed to Brooklyn's class and surprised her! She was super happy to see me. I joined the kiddos on the floor for a story and had one of Brooklyn's best buddies cuddle right up to me. She could have fallen asleep she was so cuddly. We listened to a gingerbread man story then went on our own hunt for our missing cookies. They left clues for us to find them and what Christmas magic! 🎄 they were back in the classroom all ready for everyone to decorate 😊. The kids loved it. I hung out with them all, helped with a couple of kiddos with their math work, had recess with them and then after snacks it was free time and an opportunity to decorate one more cookie. Brooklyn's teacher asked her if she'd like her Mummy to help out with the class more and of course Brooklyn said yes. Her teacher asked if it would be cool and I said absolutely! She's going to work something out for the new year and it looks like it may be a Monday/Wednesday/Friday kind of thing, even if it's just to help some of the kids with their work. How cool is that?!!!

Brooklyn and I walked home together and when we saw Hailey we waited for her and walked the rest of the way together. I showed Hailey how to clean the bathtub then started her laundry. When Darryl got home we had a quick chat and when it was time to leave, he went to pick his Mom up at the airport and I went to Dollar Tree to get treat baggies for the pretzel snacks and a small little something for Brooklyn's teacher then to put a touch of gas in Mom's vehicle.

I flipped Hailey's laundry and then headed upstairs to sort out the pretzel treats into bags for Brooklyn's class (I emailed her teacher to get a count) and for my grade 4s as well. I just had enough though one of the claases gets two instead of three but it's all cool 😎.

We had Popeye's for dinner and the lightheadedness/vertigo/overtiredness really started to throw me off.

Brooklyn sounds better tonight though the cough is still there. She took her medicines and I put Vicks on her chest and back. She actually fell asleep wayyyyyyy better than I thought she would.

It's past my time for sleep so I am finishing off. I am so happy that tomorrow is the last alarm day for two full weeks!

Wednesday

LIIFT More Super Block Week 3 Day 3 Back HIIT

Sleep wasn't too bad last night. I woke once around 1:45 to p*e and then not again until alarms went off. Brooklyn was up sometime between 6:30 and 7 and watching her YouTube. After I went to the bathroom and got dressed I woke Hailey then got Brooklyn ready, made our bed and put a touch of make-up on as I had my nail appointment this morning. When we went upstairs, Hailey was curled up on the couch and I told her to go get ready. She walked into her room then back out saying she didn't feel good. I didn't question her or argue and told her to go back to bed. I reported her absence and sat with Brooklyn until it was time to leave. We were early because we didn't have to stop to drop Hailey off. The wind was a bit cold this morning but it was alrighty.

I stopped at the gas station for the atm and an energy drink as I was sleepy. I was early so sat on a side street reading my book. As I was settling in I registered something out the corner of my eye and saw FOUR deer walking down the street heading for the trees by the river that was behind me! I was so in awe that it took me a bit to grab my phone lol. They were already at the end of the street when I managed a photo.

I couldn't decide between a nice French today or something with black. Rox looked at her photo ideas and went with black and silver. It's still festive and I love it!

I stopped at the library to drop off a book and grabbed another then headed home. I was going to go to a store but went home to Hailey. She was sitting on the couch talking to Mum when I got home and she said she was okay just really tired still. I sat with them for a bit then ran to the bathroom and then put my workout gear on. I sat reading and drinking my Energize.

Today's workout was Back and dang it! I actually got my heartrate up pretty high with things today. I really like this program.

I haven't purchased access to Dig Deeper yet as Christmas comes first but I will be ordering it on December 29th and starting on January 1st. If you would like to join me on a Body Recomposition program send me a chat. This program is going to change a lot of people's lives and I am crazy excited to do it. It's a 12 week program and it's designed to do over and over again. I haven't fully decided on how I am planning out 2024 but I may do at minimum two rounds so basically 6 months of lifting to improve my health. Heavier dumbbells are already on my list and will be purchased as I can. The 20s we have are not nearly heavy enough 🤪.

I picked Brooklyn up as I didn't really have any energy to walk today and she's been coughing so I didn't want her out in the wind too long.

When Darryl got home from work, we had dinner with Mum (she made pulled pork but I had a salad), cleaned up the dishes and then took Brooklyn with us to the store to see about some Christmas gifts. On our drive we talked with Darryl's Mom and she's flying back home tomorrow evening. Brooklyn's really happy.

When we got home it was time to get Brooklyn ready for bed. She took all her medicine again, read her book to me and then lay in bed coughing. She even asked about going to the doctor so I am going to make an appointment tomorrow and see if we can get in on Friday. It took her a bit longer to fall asleep than I hoped but she was chatting with me. Once she was sleeping I went upstairs, told Hailey to get to bed (she didn't), fixed lunches (Mum fixed Hailey's pulled pork) and then made pretzel kisses. I am going to send some with Brooklyn for her classmates and take some for my grade 4 kiddos on Friday. Tomorrow I need to find little bags to put them in.

After lunch tomorrow I am volunteering in Brooklyn's class for gingerbread activities. She doesn't know yet so it will be a surprise. Hailey was being reclusive tonight because she's talking with her friend again who apparently wasn't mad at her 🙄. Sigh ... . Her mental health is taking another hit and it's affecting me too. Mama bear comes out and I want to protect my Baby bear. Hailey was all moody at bedtime and didn't end up going to bed until after 11. I am sitting upstairs because I was worried about her. She claims her moodiness is because she's on her period and she hates that....

I am tired and tomorrow is going to be a long day. Fingers crossed all sleep well. I am looking forward to Friday afternoon and two whole weeks of no alarms.

LIIFT More Super Block Week 3 Day 2 Legs Burnout

Last night was definitely a weird one with Brooklyn. She finally settled into a good sleep after I gave her cough medicine. I was tired and felt so off. This morning I woke Hailey to make sure she got up to get her outfit for today. She looked pretty awesome. I felt bad having to wake Brooklyn. At first she was extra sleepy but quickly became her happy self. Hailey did her make-up and even wore her pink winter jacket. She really loves Spirit Week and creating her own outfits.

I drove the girls and dropped Hailey off at her friend's house. It was cloudy this morning but it was beautiful with no wind and a lot warmer than yesterday.

Home I made a peanut butter sandwich because I knew it was leg day and needed to not have an empty stomach. I sat reading my book and drinking my Energize. I was ready to go and pressed play. Thankfully today's leg day didn't kill me like last weeks lol. It was glute and hamstring focused versus quads..... which means Thursdays workout is going to knock me down hahaha 😆.

I had time to relax for a few minutes before I got ready for school. I wasn't sure how cold it was outside and was very quickly happy that I didn't overdress as it was beautiful out. The sun was shining and there was no wind. It waa glorious after yesterday's nasty wind. The kiddos were definitely enjoying the warmer weather and are high on excitement for Christmas break.

When I got home again I had Brooklyn's sandwich from her lunch yesterday and watched some Blossom. I was going to watch The Grinch but didn't want to get into it and have to turn it off. Instead I curled up and dozed for a bit.

Mum went out so I picked Brooklyn up then drove to Hailey's school and picked her up too. Her 'friend' is doing it again and is mad at Hailey for something. She did all this last year. Thankfully Hailey has other good friends who encourage her and lift her up instead of what this friend does. She was excited about her outfit and received numerous compliments which she rightly deserves.

Us girls sat on the living room couch talking when Darryl called on his way home. Once he was home I turned the stove on for dinner and made fried rice. All four of us actually sat together and ate. Brooklyn attempted to do her reading after I washed the dishes but she was jumpy. I got her downstairs and gave her tylenol, nasal spray and cough medicine along with her melatonin. She then lay in bed and read her other group reading book. She did cough for a while but as soon as it settled she was asleep. It was about 8. Hopefully she sleeps all night and has a good sleep.

Hailey went with Darryl to the store to get a gift card for her class Secret Santa and then picked out ideas for tomorrow's outfits. It's grade colour day and grade 7s are red. She doesn't have a lot but came up with something.

Darryl and I chatted with Mum for a while and now I am fading fast. My eyes are burning so it's sleep time.

Monday

LIIFT More Super Block Week 3 Day 1 Chest HIIT

Last night was so late that I am surprised I am still functioning. After I finally got Hailey to sleep I curled up and read my book for a bit. I was overtired and didn't feel sleepy which wasn't good. I turned my lamp off at 1 am and Darryl was still playing a game on his phone. I didn't wake until my first alarm at 6:30. I really didn't want to get up especially since it was so cold, but I did of course. I woke Hailey after I went to the bathroom and brushed my teeth then I woke poor Brooklyn. She didn't want to wake up at first then she was all her happy self again. I took out all her braids and her hair turned out really well. We got Hailey out of bed and all managed to leave on time. Thankfully there was no wind. Dropped Hailey off at her friend's house then to Brooklyn's school. The sunrise was extraordinaryly stunning 😍

Back home I grabbed a BioSteel and Darryl was sort of awake (he took today off) and sat reading my book and drinking my Energize. Today's workout was Chest with HIIT. My arms were shaking by the time I was done.

I got all geared up for my walk to school and Darryl was getting ready to clean our area rug while I was gone. The walk was cold when I was walking in to the wind but the sun was warm. Lunchtime was active with kids getting 'hurt'. All were okay and were probably reacting to the cold wind.

When I got home I waited to cool down while I had a salad. Darryl was just finishing the rug. Once I was cool and not sweaty, I changed and Darryl and I got ready to head ro school for Brooklyn's dress rehearsal.

Brooklyn and her class did so good. It's always fun to see young kids sing and have fun. It was even colder after school than it was at lunch. The wind cut right through everything. Once we had Brooklyn we went to Hailey's school to pick her up. She wasn't outside yet but I am so glad we waited as she was only wearing her shirt from her Tropical day outfit.

We all hung out at home until I was time to head to school again for the evening concert. Darryl dropped Hailey, Brooklyn and I off near the back doors and we ran to the school lol. It was cold plus we wanted to make sure we were first so we could get good seats. I managed to get front row in front of where Brooklyn's class starts the show. I dropped her off at her classroom and we waited. The show was so good. It was nice to see the little kiddos all dressed up and having fun singing for us.

Brooklyn had a rough start to her sleep again. She didn't want cough medicine and kept waking up and crying. I was in the bathroom and she woke for the third time. I gave her medicine and took her temperature which was normal. She's finally sleeping and settled. Fingers crossed she sleeps well tonight.

Hailey figured out her outfit for her Spirit week and tomorrow is Barbie/Ken day. She's created a really cool outfit.

I am a tired Mama and had wanted an early bedtime but kids come first and Brooklyn needed me tonight.

Sunday

LIIFT More Super Block Week 2 Day 7 Rest Day

Last night Brooklyn was sick but didn't feel unwell. She had a coughing attack and it triggered something. She felt fine after. Once I got it all cleaned up and the towels in the washing machine, I got her settled and back to sleep. Hailey was upstairs and upset because she had just come downstairs to watch a movie with us but knew something was up with her sister. I wished her a goodnight and said to not read too late and head to bed. I crawled in to bed and Darryl followed. I had taken a Maxidol for my lower back ache and when I curled up around midnight it hadn't kicked in yet. I woke once at 6:50 in the position I curled up in and noticed the light from the tv. I got up to use the bathroom and asked Brooklyn how she was feeling and why she was up so early. She said she felt good and wanted to watch dinosaurs lol. I went back to bed.

She woke me a few more times to tell me she loved me and to ask me to sit with her. I finally got up and lay on the couch and she was playing Xbox then curled up with me. We lay together on the couch for a couple of hours with her leaving to go get a banana.

Hailey came downstairs and they played Xbox together for a while. Darryl and I both had showers and it felt amazing to have one during the day. I put another load of towels in the washing machine and we all settled on the couch and chair. Darryl put on The Incredibles 2 and we shared a bag of chips watching the movie. Hailey went upstairs after and I put on Mickey's Christmas Wish.

The day was almost exactly what we all needed and wanted. We curled up together and relaxed. It was so nice. I wish it had been a Christmas movie but I was happy with today.

After Brooklyn's bath, I put a bunch of braids in her hair so it will be curly tomorrow for her Christmas concert and then got her to bed. Hailey was 'cleaning' her room and decided to CLEAN it. She moved her dresser and all the pictures she had on one wall. Unfortunately at 11:30 tonight she still wasn't done and I made her go to bed.... 7 am comes fast.

While Hailey was doing that Darryl and I headed to the store for a little bit of lunch stuff, Christmas gifts (new pjs too) and I grabbed some more Hersey Kisses so I can make my pretzel treats. I need to find M&Ms though or I can't make them..... when we got home Brooklyn was up. She had gone upstairs and was cuddling with Mum just before we got home. She was crying because I wasn't downstairs when she woke. I got her back to sleep, fixed lunches and made Hailey boogie.

It's super late now and I need sleep, but today was a good day.

LIIFT More Super Block Week 2 Day 6 Rest Day
Scenic Ride: White Sands Sunset, New Mexico

It was around 2 ish when we went to sleep last night and I woke once around 4:30 then Brooklyn woke me just around 7:30 to help her in the bathroom. Darryl lay in bed playing a game on his phone and I went right back to sleep. He said he did eventually fall asleep for a bit. Brooklyn kept bugging him to play Xbox with her. He woke up cranky which is absolutely NOT normal for him. Everything seemed to get under his skin. I got up and put workout gear on with intentions of doing a ride. Darryl took all his clothes off the closet shelf and I helped him as he put more support hooks on then changed out three for new ones. It looks much more stable now.

I drank my Energize and was going to work on getting the closet back together when Darryl suggested I do my workout first. So I did just that. I selected a scenic ride that was 30 minutes and with some lingering discomfort from yesterday's headache added to period .... the ride was just perfect.

When I finished I tackled putting our stuff back in the closet and having it organized. I also did our laundry and Brooklyn's. Hailey's is overflowing and I am waiting to do hers.

Hailey was supposed to work on her room and get it in better shape but she didn't. She had her phone taken away from her. She did shower but that's about it 😐😒. Tomorrow is chore day for her.

Brooklyn was attached to one of us all day. Darryl pulled out a tub of Hailey's old dressy dresses and Brooklyn picked one she really likes for her Christmas concert. It took forever to get her to take it off but she finally did and I hand washed it so it's nice and clean for Monday.

It's just after 9 pm, Brooklyn's sound asleep and I am sitting in the quiet with no tv on... ahhhh. So nice.

LIIFT More Super Block Week 2 Day 5 Shoulders and Arms Burnout

Last night we were both in bed sleeping before midnight which is always a good thing. I am posting so late because my phone was charging and Darryl and I watched the new episodes for Reacher and then I sat talking with Hailey until almost 1 am.

Friday morning was rough and I felt extra tired. After I went to the bathroom and brushed my teeth, I woke Hailey up. Brooklyn had just woken up when I opened her bedroom door. Today was pj/cozy day and of course she wanted to wear her favourite new onesie. I did warn her that she would be extra warm in her snowsuit if she wore it but she was determined. Hailey was actually up when we went back upstairs. Darryl messaged me asking if he forgot his phone and then asked if I could take it to his work. That meant my workout would have to be after lunch which was fine.

I dropped Hailey off at her friend's house and drove to Brooklyn's school. It was icy but nice out. Once she was inside I headed to Darryl's work. I visited for a few minutes then straight home. I had some leftover pizza because I was hungry and read my book. I noticed that I had forgotten to put Brooklyn's group reading in her backpack so I emailed her teacher letting her know that I would drop it off if she hadn't had her lesson yet. I got an positive email in return which included a wonderful update on Brooklyn! She's finding her confidence in class and has improved immensely 😊 and her teacher just wanted us to know how proud she was of her!

I took a quick cat nap as I was fading fast! Before I left for school I did have some of my Energize. I wasn't feeling 100% when I left and figured it was just tiredness. I again joined in on Spirit week and wore fleece pj pants (I now remember why I don't wear them often as I was so warm). Lunch recess was good. It was so nice outside and alot of the kids were in choir preparing for their Christmas concert. When I got back home my headache was building so I made sure I had water and hydration plus I had another small piece of pizza. I was thinking it was hunger or dehydration.

Today's workout was Shoulders and Arms with a Burnout. I put my hat on because I didn't want a ponytail. My headache kept getting worse and I was experiencing some light dizziness (which I had yesterday but thought it was due to it being leg day and poor nutrition). The last bit of the workout was a bit tough but I finished. As soon as I was done I went to the bathroom and took two Excedrin.

I wasn't sure about driving but I felt better than walking to school even though it was beautiful out. Mum had gone out for a bit so driving made sure I was home for Hailey who got home shortly after we did. Brooklyn was soaked with sweat because she had outdoor gym and of course had her winter gear on over her fleece onesie, so she stripped down as soon as we got home lol. My monthly friend arrived a few days early and may be the reason I was extra tired this morning and maybe even the headache 😴.

Mum made homemade chili for dinner yum yum! Darryl worked late and stopped at the store for Advil because he too had a headache. I waited to have dinner and Hailey joined me. Mum got home and had some too then I dropped Hailey of at a boy friend's house who was having a Christmas got together with friends. Her friend's Mom picked her up and dropped her off at home after.

I got Brooklyn to bed and then Darryl and I watched Reacher. At one point he got me the Advil because my head still hurts. Hopefully tomorrow I will feel better.
