Volunteer men's and ladies veterans patrol group that provide safety and protection, reports crime and grime and partners with youth and veterans. Thank you.
Auxiliary group (the Urban Angels) finds homeless vets and residential school survivors and offers support. We have been established since 1976 – we were the very first to form a totally ambassador volunteer street citizens patrol in Canada and the USA. We work closely with By Law Enforcement, seniors, students, veterans, youth, churches and Winnipeg 311. We patrol parks on bikes, pick up litter,

Homeless Desraeli camp 2020 - they are back! in full force, the police's effort to eradicate them failed! they are thriving! Great! we had put up warming huts in Nov. and the police tore them down, then TP's were burnt to the ground, nothing worked, lol. We set up a tent now and we need supplies and support!

We are creating mobile tiny homes for homeless veterans and our cities most needy! 2018-19! This is a first for Winnipeg. We do not support H4H out of Calgary! They are imposing a two year contract on tenants, the houses are not permanent. Their homes are conditional on rehabilitation! that leaves out a lot of chronic homeless people. Our homes are free and unconditional! No strings attached! Ours are built by volunteers!
