Fantastic jumping this weekend, Esther! We are so proud of you - 4th in long jump, 4th in high jump and 6th in triple jump in the province!

Congratulations to John Adeloye! He placed 2nd in the province in the pentathlon. Competing in the 100m, long jump, shot put, high jump and the 800m all within 6 hours of each other! This is our first ever pentathlon medal for St. Maurice! Catch him tomorrow morning in the hurdles! 👏 🔥

Last week, grade 8 student Inayat participated in the public speaking nationals at West Point Grey Academy in Vancouver. We are proud of her for representing our school and giving her best throughout the competition!

SMS is so proud of our Grade 11 debate duo! In late May, Anaad, Leo, and Mr. Allard travelled to Truro, Nova Scotia to compete at the Sr. National Debating Championships. After a weekend of prepared and impromptu debating, Anaad and Leo finished in the top half of the standings and were the 2nd-highest scoring team from Manitoba! An outstanding achievement!
