Hosted our first Wellness Wednesday this morning. We followed a guided meditation, picked an oracle card, filled out a gratitude page, and enjoyed some tea. Looking forward to doing it again next week!

Come stop by the Learning Centre to help make a square for our quilt project. No Sewing Required! We are looking for feeling good messages that can inspire your fellow students. There is fabric, sewing machine, embroidery, and colorful sharpies available to help you create your square and spread some joy. Also a great opportunity to take some time for your own self care!
